Monthly Rentals in Playa de Peñarrubia

We had a wonderful stay at Pilar’s charming little house on the hill. The view is absolutely stunning, and the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed cooking at home and having dinner on the terrace while watching the sunset — a truly peaceful experience. We traveled with three adults and two toddlers, and Pilar kindly arranged two travel cots for our twins. They fit perfectly next to the bed in the master bedroom, which made things so easy for us. From the house, you can see Playa de la Ñora, and it's just a few minutes’ drive downhill. You can also walk to the beach if you prefer a bit of a stroll. Pilar is a very kind and thoughtful host, and communication was smooth and pleasant. When we are in Asturias again, we would love to stay here once more.

A wonderful house to enjoy a magnificent city. Very close to the beach and the center but in a quiet area to enjoy with the family if you want to be relaxed. With a nice terrace in the garden and everything very spacious and cozy. In the house you have everything you may need and you can go for a dip in the sea without having to go through the center. The city, the super nice people and the food. The historic center is very beautiful and has a good atmosphere.

It was a great vacation in Gijón again. We were very satisfied with the apartment.

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen.
