Be one of the first to enjoy our recently refurbished, well appointed apartment. WIFI 500 Mb. You'll feel right at home and you don'tt need a car to get around. Our apartment has splendid views of the Marina and the sea. The apartment is on the 5th floor of building a located on the Promenade, 5 min walk from the Beach, and 5 minutes to supermarket and bars, restaurants. We are 100 metres from the Marina, the lively commercial and leisure centre, and a 20 min walk from the Carihuela.

Bonito piso de 1 dormitorio, 40m2 & terraza 60m2. Muy cosy. Tiene vista al mar y sol todo el día. Mira al oeste. Esta en una planta baja. Es lo ideal para una pareja. Bebé & niño PROHIBIDO. El edificio tiene 60 pisos. La piscina es de temporada y acogedora. Mi piso esta a un par de minutos andando del paseó marítimo & de la playa Santa Ana & el parque & las paradas de autobúses. Mi cocina esta completamente equipada. Hay 2 Aire co & todos los electrodomésticos son nuevos . Tengo WiFi 600 MB

The apartment has air conditioning / heating, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the usual amenities (details below). The tourist complex, the well-known Benal Beach resort, is on the beachfront, and its facilities stand out for its 5 swimming pools and water slides. Please, note it's a Smoke-free property.

Pool open from June to September. Beautiful sea and mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso Coffee Maker, water boiler, toaster, and all the utensils needed to cook. You can find an iron and hairdryer, wifi (optic fiber with 600 MB speed) and Smart TV with Movistar Channels.
