This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

La Pared is only a few minutes by car from the larger town of Costa Calma, which is why we strongly recommend a rental car.

The apartment has all kinds of comforts and if you need anything, I will be happy to assist you and help you, even with all the necessary information to enjoy all this wonderful island, if you decide to go out and explore. The patio is shared with me and , three charming and affectionate cats. Also Kira, Labrador mix will welcome you.

This home breathes peace of mind: Relax with the whole family! Modern and beautiful villa with a wonderful pool and a small pool. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children or teenagers. Located in the Costa Papagayo urbanization, very close to the center of Playa Blanca. 15/20 minute walk. It has a mini golf perfect for enjoying as a family or with friends. The pool is heated from October 1 to May 31.
