Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Playa del Matorral

Thanks to Elvira for her kindness, hospitality and little piece of heaven. exceptional location on a small black sandy beach, very quiet. It is a small quiet village away from the hustle and bustle and tourists. for people looking for authenticity. Supermarket a few kilometers away. You have to have a vehicle to get around the island. we recommend this place without a second thought. we would love to come back to recharge. certainly one of the last beaches without a horde of tourists. There is a very good restaurant on the beach.

Perfect apartment for what we paid, exceptionally clean, nice private little garden, perfect location. This apartment had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. If I was to be picky, I would say it could do with some blinds/curtains in the kitchen and dining area, it’s quite overlooked but not necessary in a bad way, it’s just that the curtains would offer more privacy should you want it, although this wouldn’t put me off returning. Overall nothing to complain about from us, we had a very enjoyable break. Ellin was very responsive and a really friendly/accommodating host. Would recommend and we would certainly return. We had a great time in Tini's apartment. It is beautifully quiet on the outskirts of El Cotillo, but you are still very quickly on the beach, at the supermarket or in small restaurants and bars. The apartment is well equipped, it really had everything you need. The terrace was our highlight, totally beautiful with mountain views. With children, the apartment is also perfect. You can leave the windows open, the terrace is safe, and there is space to play. There was always plenty of parking nearby. Tini was super nice and was super quick to respond to messages. Everything just worked out, we would come back in a heartbeat.

Valentino and Ervin were extremely personable and reacted very quickly and helpfully to any questions we posed. One of them was there to greet us and show us to the apartment on arrival.

The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is very thoughtful. Everything you want is there. A very good host. The way to the beach is short. Morro Jable including beach and restaurants and shops and supermarket very fine. Everything is very easy to reach by foot. Great. Nothing negative to report.

5 stars – A perfect escape in Playa Blanca! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach, local shops, and some fantastic restaurants. The area is peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the private terrace was great, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful with easy clear instructions on how to find and get to the apartment.

The host is super friendly and a really nice person… it felt like being welcomed into a family home - whilst, at the same time, plenty of privacy. Great views and lovely walk to the beach. It was a lovely stay.

What a magical place! We enjoyed the time at the finca very much. Much better than the pictures. Absolutely quiet and the view is a dream 😍 Verena was always available and we would recommend the accommodation at any time 🙂

We were lucky to find this lovely villa after being let down on another Airbnb villa 5 days before due to travel. We required 2 cots and Jen went and purchased 2 to ensure our grandchildren could sleep soundly. The villa was great for our party of nine including 3 children under 5, plenty of space to relax without being on top of each other. We all loved the pool and hot tub. It is a 15 min walk to flamingo beach and a further 30 mins into playa blanca but we made use of the buses for €1.40 per adult children under 3 free. A taxi to the marina was €8.50. We enjoyed a few breakfasts at Le Moka and made use of the local beach and the Tropical bar where we had an amazing paella one evening. Would not hesitate to return as apart from the great villa, Jen was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

We have already booked again and have recovered very well. It's very quiet. The sea is "practical" at your doorstep. It is remote and away from mass tourism. Thanks Dulce and Carlos.

In one word: Perfect! One of the best AirBnB experiences we've ever had. Perfectly clean, fragrant sheets/towels, superbly equipped, many helpful details and lovingly selected products as a thoughtful touch. It is absolutely quiet in the house, it is quite secluded, accessible via an easily drivable slope. The highlight is clearly the heated pool. Thanks to the fencing, it is private and also sheltered from the wind. Wonderful! We enjoyed it very much - also thanks to Maria, who is literally a superhost.

Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful stay at Natalia’s place in La Caldereta; the house is extraordinary and far better than the pictures depict. You will need a car to get about, but found the location great to see lots of the island, and always lovely to get home to space and tranquility. It was a very comfortable and lovely place.

Very stylish spacey spanish house, located away from nighbourhood, perfect for big family. Fully equiped kitchen, wash room with dryer, infant room next to bedroom and massive bathroom. Big swimming pool with BBQ area, private parking. 8 min walk to the Dino supermarket and caffee shop. Mountains view from pool area. Quiet place. Equipment look like just been purchased. Peters casita de piedra was like a home away from home for us. The little stone house and the sweet animal companions have sweetened our coming back every time. :) We loved having dinner on the small terrace and exploring the island during the day. Peter was there to help us and was always available. We're looking forward to coming back. Until then, Poonshi will hold the position for sure. Thank you! ☀️

I highly recommend checking in to everyone! Nice and very positive Host, perfect contact, we got a lot of recommendations on what to see on the island , where to do local shopping or where to eat dinner . The owner immediately responds to messages and the apartment is located in an exceptionally picturesque location . An apartment perfectly adapted for a family with a child - the kitchenette is perfectly equipped, preparing breakfast or lunch is very comfortable. The apartment is clean and well-maintained and modernly decorated. I recommend with all my heart !!!!!

We had a great time at Sara’s accommodation. The kitchen, the rooms everything is clean! Parking is free behind the house. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, so please be aware of this. Location is great! We would love to come back. Thank you Sara and David for the great place you provided

It is probably hard to find a better location for an AirBnb / apartment to rent in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The location is indeed very central - 10 minutes by car to the airport in Lanzarote, and in just a few minutes walking distance you will find a lot of restaurants, cafes, stores, pharmacies, beaches and everything else you may need! In addition to that, the apartement has just everything you can imagine for your planned vacation, was extremely clean and convenient. Last, but not least - Margarita is very kind and helpful and provides a great service as a host. Just a small example - because of our flights we had to check in after midnight and of course, flexible check-in was possible, but not only that - Margarita stayed awake until we were all settled and chatted with us to check if all is well. 100 % recommend!

It’s truly a great apartment! we stayed there last year, loved it and came back. The terrace is just amazing. Sara and Gino are amazing hosts and super responsive. totally recommended and we would definitely go back again!

We have been using Airbnb for many years around the world, and I must honestly say that we have rarely encountered a place as clean and peaceful as Carlos’s home. I highly recommend this place also for its location and safety. We will definitely return next year.

Thank you for the apartment provided for our vacation. We were pleased that the house is located in a quiet and clean area. We felt like home. The swimming pool is in front of the house, grocery stores are 5-10 minutes away, and the beach is 15 minutes away. The bus station is 5 minutes away. Thank you very much!!!

Loved my stay it was easy to get to not far from the city very clean. Yolanda was very helpful and good at communication.
