Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Playa del Matorral

Perfect apartment for what we paid, exceptionally clean, nice private little garden, perfect location. This apartment had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. If I was to be picky, I would say it could do with some blinds/curtains in the kitchen and dining area, it’s quite overlooked but not necessary in a bad way, it’s just that the curtains would offer more privacy should you want it, although this wouldn’t put me off returning. Overall nothing to complain about from us, we had a very enjoyable break. Ellin was very responsive and a really friendly/accommodating host. Would recommend and we would certainly return. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Tinis Wohnung. Sie liegt schön ruhig am Rand von El Cotillo, aber man ist trotzdem ganz schnell am Strand, beim Supermarkt oder in kleinen Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Terrasse war unser Highlight, total schön mit Blick auf die Berge. Mit Kindern ist die Wohnung auch perfekt. Man kann die Fenster offen lassen, die Terrasse ist sicher, und es gibt Platz zum Spielen. Parkplätze gab es immer genug in der Nähe. Tini war super nett und hat total schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Hat einfach alles gepasst, wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Super Wohnung! Direkt in der Stadtmitte / Bar-& Restaurant Meile. Dachterasse super schön! Badezimmer & Schlafzimmer, wie Wohn/Esszimmer echt ordentlich und groß. Direkt am Strand & Hafen! Parkplätze 2-3 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß kostenlos in den Seitenstraßen. Einkaufsläden, Markt & Shoppingmeile 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt ohne Probleme mit guten Gastgebern!

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr durchdacht. Alles, was man wünscht, ist vorhanden. Eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Morro Jable inklusive Strand und Restaurants und Geschäfte und Supermarkt sehr in Ordnung. Alles sehr gut per Fuß zu erreichen. Topp. Nichts Negatives zu berichten.

5 stars – A perfect escape in Playa Blanca! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach, local shops, and some fantastic restaurants. The area is peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the private terrace was great, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful with easy clear instructions on how to find and get to the apartment.

The host is super friendly and a really nice person… it felt like being welcomed into a family home - whilst, at the same time, plenty of privacy. Great views and lovely walk to the beach. It was a lovely stay.

Was für ein magischer Ort! Wir haben die Zeit in der Finca sehr genossen. Viel besser als auf den Bildern. Absolut ruhig und die Aussicht ist ein Traum 😍 Verena war jederzeit erreichbar und wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen 🙂

We were lucky to find this lovely villa after being let down on another Airbnb villa 5 days before due to travel. We required 2 cots and Jen went and purchased 2 to ensure our grandchildren could sleep soundly. The villa was great for our party of nine including 3 children under 5, plenty of space to relax without being on top of each other. We all loved the pool and hot tub. It is a 15 min walk to flamingo beach and a further 30 mins into playa blanca but we made use of the buses for €1.40 per adult children under 3 free. A taxi to the marina was €8.50. We enjoyed a few breakfasts at Le Moka and made use of the local beach and the Tropical bar where we had an amazing paella one evening. Would not hesitate to return as apart from the great villa, Jen was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Wir haben schon wieder gebucht und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Es ist sehr ruhig. Das Meer ist "praktisch" vor der Haustüre. Es ist abgelegen und abseits vom Massentourismus. Danke Dulce und Carlos.

Mit einem Wort: Perfekt! Eine der besten AirBnB-Erfahrungen, die wir je hatten. Perfekt sauber, wohlriechende Bettwäsche/Handtücher, hervorragend ausgestattet, viele hilfreiche Details und liebevoll ausgewählte Produkte als Aufmerksamkeit. Es ist absolut ruhig im Haus, es liegt durchaus abgelegen, erreichbar über eine gut fahrbare Piste. Highlight ist ganz klar der beheizte Pool. Dank der Umzäunung ist er privat und auch windgeschützt. Herrlich! Wir haben es sehr genossen - auch dank Maria, die im wahrsten Wortsinn ein Superhost ist.

Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful stay at Natalia’s place in La Caldereta; the house is extraordinary and far better than the pictures depict. You will need a car to get about, but found the location great to see lots of the island, and always lovely to get home to space and tranquility. It was a very comfortable and lovely place.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Lage genau in der Mitte der Insel ermöglicht es einem überall schnell und unkompliziert hinzugelangen (mit dem Auto). Ein Minimarkt und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind leicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist schön, mega geräumig, hat ein tolles Hauptschlafzimmer mit Ankleidezimmer und separatem Badezimmer, das eine Regenwalddusche und eine Eckwanne beinhaltet. Der Garten mit Pool lädt mit seinen diversen Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit zum gemütlich machen ein. Wir werden definitiv darüber nachdenken in Zukunft wieder zu kommen.

Merci à Peter pour son accueil, le logement était propre et très agréable, espace extérieur paisible. Logement très bien situé, avec un emplacement pour se garer. Petit plus, nous qui sommes amoureux des animaux, nous avons eu tous les jours la visite de Tres et de Rosie, qui sont très affectueux. Merci pour tout.

Miły i bardzo pozytywnie nastawiony Gospodarz, perfekcyjny kontakt, dostaliśmy dużo rekomendacji co warto zobaczyć na wyspie , gdzie zrobić lokalne zakupy czy w której restauracji warto zjeść obiad . Właściciel natychmiastowo odpowiada na wiadomości a mieszkanie jest położone w wyjątkowo malowniczej lokalizacji . Apartament idealnie przystosowany na pobyt dla rodziny z dzieckiem - aneks kuchenny idealnie wyposażony, przygotowanie śniadań czy obiadów jest bardzo komfortowe. Apartament jest czysty i zadbany - nowocześnie urządzony. Polecam z całego serca !!!!!

We had a great time at Sara’s accommodation. The kitchen, the rooms everything is clean! Parking is free behind the house. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Empfang. Schöne, sehr saubere und einwandfreie Unterkunft. Top Küchenausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist riesig, schön sonnig, mit Blick auf die Bucht von Caleta de Fuste, mit gemütlicher Lounge und Aussendusche - einfach toll! Wir haben die Privatsphäre sehr genossen und fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Grosser, sauberer Gemeinschaftspool. Jose war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und wir bedanken uns sehr für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen!

It is probably hard to find a better location for an AirBnb / apartment to rent in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The location is indeed very central - 10 minutes by car to the airport in Lanzarote, and in just a few minutes walking distance you will find a lot of restaurants, cafes, stores, pharmacies, beaches and everything else you may need! In addition to that, the apartement has just everything you can imagine for your planned vacation, was extremely clean and convenient. Last, but not least - Margarita is very kind and helpful and provides a great service as a host. Just a small example - because of our flights we had to check in after midnight and of course, flexible check-in was possible, but not only that - Margarita stayed awake until we were all settled and chatted with us to check if all is well. 100 % recommend!

Ho alloggiato presso l’appartamento di Sara e Gino per una settimana e fin da subito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è situata nel cuore della città di Corralejo e vicina a tutti i servizi principali. Alloggio molto ben arredato con tutti i comfort. Offre molta privacy e ha un’ottima esposizione al sole. We have been using Airbnb for many years around the world, and I must honestly say that we have rarely encountered a place as clean and peaceful as Carlos’s home. I highly recommend this place also for its location and safety. We will definitely return next year.

Thank you for the apartment provided for our vacation. We were pleased that the house is located in a quiet and clean area. We felt like home. The swimming pool is in front of the house, grocery stores are 5-10 minutes away, and the beach is 15 minutes away. The bus station is 5 minutes away. Thank you very much!!!

Logement tout à fait conforme aux photos. Propre et facilement accessible. Réponses rapides de la propriétaire. Pensez à prendre un masque de nuit si la lumière vous gêne le matin car il n'y a pas de volets, mais cela semble être le cas sur toute l'île... On recommande ce logement sans hésitations.
