I had an excellent stay. The place is very comfortable, clean and perfectly equipped for a quiet and smooth stay. It is clear that everything is thought out with attention to detail: from the comfortable bed to the well-organized and functional common spaces. The location is also very convenient, I felt at home from the first moment.

The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need for an amazing stay, and its location is unbeatable. In addition, Fabrizio was always available for any questions. Everything was spotless and well-equipped. Montevideo is a beautiful city, and its people, friendly and calm, made our visit even more special. We'll definitely be back!

Nicolas is one of the best hosts I've ever met. He was always in touch, available for whatever we needed, even 24/7. The place is highly recommended, with a stunning view, and the apartment is very clean and cozy. In short, a 10 out of 10. 100% recommended.

The apartment is very new (completed in 2022) with very delightful modern design and style. The inside of the unit is very spacious, modern with full kitchen, large living and dining room. The bathroom is very spacious and modern along with the bedroom. The best part is the rooftop patio and parrilla! The apartment is located on Orinoco street which has several restaurants and cafes. Very cozy, relaxed, chill neighborhood right next to the ramble and the beach. Highly recommended!
