Helena was always very Quick respond to all our needs and concerns , and having the Caretakers Juan and Ginny living on the entrance to the property was quite convenient,they were a very nice couple and also very helpful to us, even though they were on the property they were still about .4 km from the main house, great beach for long walks, I think it’s also a must to rent a car if staying more than a week even though public transportation is available into progreso etc.English is a little less spoken in this area however the locals are very welcoming. A little difficult if your a golfer most courses in the Mérida area are private,but you can book at La Ceiba at a premium price.I would highly recommend the property and this area of the Yucatán

Roxana is an excellent host, from before arriving she was clear, friendly and I try to make everything easier, she was very attentive and quick responses. He welcomed us with some coconuts 🥥 that are appreciated 🙏🏼 in terms of the house has a perfect sea view, the terrace and pool are very nice to spend hours, the beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. We'll definitely be back, thank you Roxana for everything !!

What a pleasant and quiet stay, the place and the house are beautiful. We asked few questions because before check-in they had already told us everything we needed, if we managed to disconnect as we wanted. Something we cannot fail to mention, is the beauty of the beach, being clear that to preserve it like this, not only are the effects of the environment, it has a lot to do with the decisions they have made to preserve it over time, one of them, the vegetation of dune. Vanne is an excellent host at all times attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and an excellent beach location. The very nice beach can be put in one without worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention a luxury of a clear person that we will return. I felt right at home. Thank you very much
