Monthly Rentals in Playa Sun Bay

The apartment was located in a good location, close to the beaches and to restaurants. AC and hot water worked great and had parking inside the property which was ideal. Communication was awesome and she even let us keep our belongings at a luggage storage that they have within the property, this was nice since we didn’t leave the island until the afternoon. That helped us immensely. Don’t hesitate to book here.

Bob is a terrific host, so responsive and attentive. His place was perfect for us. Walkable to beachfront restaurants and local beach. And, short 20 minute drives from some of the best beaches I have ever been on. The beach chairs and coolers really helped! Cannot say enough good things about Bob, his place, and Esperanza and Vieques!

Everything was great. The house was less than 10 minute walk from the beach. I will stay again next time I visit.

We stayed at one of the other apartments this host has last year and decided on this apartment for the trip. it felt like we were coming home every day. The neighbors are friendly, the location makes it easy to walk to the Malecon and also ro El Cocal Beach. The apartment was quite comfortable and had everything we needed. The hostess is proactive and very responsive. We had booked an extended stay and then had an emergency back home and had to leave early. Julia was incredibly gracious and understanding. We will definitely be returning here again.
