Holiday rentals with beach access in Playa Vista, Los Angeles

I really enjoyed my stay, almost felt like my actual home. Monet was an awesome host! she was very communicative and responded to all of my questions quickly. the place overall was nice, clean & cozy. think my only complaint was that she said smoking was allowed on the balcony, even had an astray out there for convenience however, there was a neighbor above who does not like smoke and yells to stop smoking. So just be prepared to deal with that or do the long walk outside each time you want a cigarette. other than that, awesome spot, convenient location, great experience would book again!

Michael was very responsive. The place is beautiful. Although very close to Rodeo drive, it is very quiet and private. Easy to find and instructions were very detailed and self check-in was a breeze. Apartment is in the top floor and very classy. Felt right at home. Very well stocked with snacks, coffee, milk, tooth paste, toiletries etc. we really loved it. I will certainly return and can give it my highest recommendation. And Michael was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy to communicate with. Thanks Michael.

Stayed here for a few months while on a project. Great location, lots to do in the area. Very close to the beach and Michael was very responsive and attentive to any and all things. If you are gonna be in Venice beach you can not find a better place to stay!

We enjoyed the access to Whole Foods, restaurants and Venice beach was close driving proximity. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud each night from 7-9:30 with foot traffic but I think they had rambunctious kiddos. Host was awesome on communication.

We really enjoyed our stay at M’s place in the Venice Canals. So lovely and serene, such a good location. It’s within walking distance to Venice Beach and easy to get around LA via uber. Very safe area too, lots of dog walkers and people walking through the canals but quiet and peaceful at night. Inside was equally lovely with a large bathroom and comfortable bedding. Overall we would definitely recommend this stay 💚

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Karina and Brian’s place was everything we could have asked for and more! The apartment is such a beautiful space and had all the amenities we could have possibly needed, from toiletries to kitchen appliances, and everything for the perfect trip to the beach! The bed is sooo comfy and we felt right at home. Would 100% recommend and we wish we could have stayed longer! We also really appreciated how accommodating Karina and Brian were, and with all the local recommendations 😊

My husband, son, & I enjoyed our stay very, very much. The location was amazing, nothing like being a block from the beautiful Hermosa Beach. This spot is perfect for a small group and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality Lafredo, we look forward to booking again soon.

Perfect for a family visit to Venice beach and an amazing base to for the greater valley. Toys, beach, and great restaurants. We had a great stay!

It was a great Airbnb! We had a 6 month old and Clay was so accommodating. There was a crib, toys, extra sheets, baby shampoo/soap. We were grateful!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. The backyard is gorgeous, the layout makes every bedroom quiet, the living room is cozy. The host is super responsive and flexible. We loved it!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Raymond made us feel right at home - welcoming, responsive, and an all-around great host. The house was beautiful, super clean, had very cool decor, and the most comfortable beds ever! We loved the roof deck and enjoyed sitting up there for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. The location was ideal – quick walk to the beach, close to hip shops, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice, and we look forward to staying here again the next time we are in the area.

Super clean and very quiet for being so close to airport- well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of extras.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Second time we’ve stayed in Cara’s place & loved it. The apartment literally has everything you could think of, the bed is comfy. The style is shabby chic & beautiful. We’ve been visiting Santa Monica every other year for the past 24 & weeks would always have this as our first choice. Thanks Cara & Lori Xx

My boyfriend & I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious & super comfortable. The only challenge is that you have to find parking on the street and the neighbors are not friendly when it comes to that. Everything else was great.

First off, Mo and Ness went above and beyond in terms of communication. They helped us get our booking sorted with less than 48 hours until we landed for our vacation after our previous host had to cancel last minute. While I was scrambling (at about 10pm) with Airbnb customer support, I reached out to Mo and explained our situation. He responded within about 10 minutes and graciously held the dates for us while I finished getting things sorted. The home was exactly what we were hoping for and was exactly as listed. The location was great. Little town noise during the day which was to be expected with the location but surprisingly very quiet at night with the local ordinances. The two porches were my favorite part of the property with lots of humming birds coming to visit. Perfect location for beach visits/canal walks and many great food and coffee options all within walking distance. We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. Truly hope to go back. Thank you very much!
