This was my second stay at Barbara’s apartment in LA, and this time I stayed there with my husband and daughter. Once again, Barbara and Gunther were welcoming and responsive, and their little cat Mau-Mau was a sweetie. I will definitely check to see if this space is available any time I am planning to visit LA. It is an amazing deal.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We enjoyed the access to Whole Foods, restaurants and Venice beach was close driving proximity. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud each night from 7-9:30 with foot traffic but I think they had rambunctious kiddos. Host was awesome on communication.

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

When I tell you that Smitha thought of everything, I mean she thought of everything. Every little thing! Extra beach towels, boards, floss, fresh fruits, extra blankets, a bidet, ice… Things that wouldn’t even think you’d need. The attention to small details is very clear. The space is cozy and clean. The yard area was a literal sanctuary to me. I would go out and sit by the fire pit at night and in the morning just taking the beauty in. I highly, highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful house, in a beautiful city.

We would definitely stay at Marc’s place again. I really appreciate it being on his property but totally separate - we had our own entrance, garage entrance etc. Interior decor was great and everything perfectly organized. Also, great exercise options nearby, and Superba at the end of the block. The bikes made all the difference! It was so great to be able to cycle to the beach easily rather than have to drive. Thank you Marc!

Cozy and clean and the sheets and pillows were so nice and comfy! I managed to sleep so well! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Venice.

Lovely all around - can’t wait to come back.

The house was very clean, lots of space, and generally a very nice house! The kitchen was also very nice and spacious. There was the one minor instance where someone left an open box of sugar and attracted some ants, but Angel was very quick to resolve this and we didn’t have any other issues the entire trip. This place is very close to both LAX and Venice Beach, so we really didn’t need to drive more than 30 mins to get anywhere (even in traffic!). Overall great place and we’ll happily consider staying here again next time we’re back in SoCal

Very comfortable stay, near friends and family.

We had a great stay, the neighborhood is quiet, there is a playground a short walk away, and restaurants too!

When the original unit we were planning to rent was unexpectedly not available due to the tenants being unable to return to their fire damaged home in LA, Fawaz and Nicholas offered an alternate unit arrangement for us that was even better than our first pick- which is hard to believe- All of their units are amazing! Beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed including a gift basket ; private patios with water features and comfortable furniture; quiet peaceful walkable locations with many great restaurants close by and easy access to local attractions and airport It was a perfect stay and Fawaz and Nicholas were the perfect, most responsive and accommodating hosts I highly recommend their Jackson Ave properties! We will be back!

A great place to stay in Culver City! The hosts are very responsive and kind, and the accommodations were perfect. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance, and a small park right across the street - perfect! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We cannot thank Caroline and Laurie enough! They have a beautiful property, but along with that, I ended up having to go to the ER for an emergency surgery, and they were so kind, patient, and helpful. The garden is absolutely beautiful!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Great place to rent, great host, very quiet and nice

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Great location, near Westwood restaurants and walkable to campus. Plenty of street! parking.
