from beginning to end Alejandro and Eric communication was excellent. despite situacion in Cuba, Cuba continues to be a great place for vacation and this thanks to all the help from Eric who helped me to obtain in advance essential items like water, eggs, and other products. Eric arranged taxis from and to the airport at a reasonable price, provided us with lots of information like obtaining a temp SIM card and download and app similar to Ubber, the result? an amazing Vacation! my family was thrilled with the apartment that has "everything" you need. Plenty of small stores close by selling from veggies, bread, cold cuts and more. I even found almond and soy milk! amazing. So pack your stuff and head to the amazing lovely Island of Cuba . Thank you Eric for all your help and constant communication. Adrian and family. (last tip, bring USD or Euros and do not change them at the airport, ask Eric for best price on the street, diff. can be huge from 120 to 360 pesos per USD now).

Very comfortable stay. Just as described. Comfortable kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. You are connected to the same electrical grid as the hospital so there are no blackouts. You are on the top floor and there is an elevator. Alexander was extremely helpful and clear when checking in / out. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

My stay was very pleasant! From the moment I arrived, Sandra made me feel at ease. She was incredibly attentive, regularly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. While I didn’t ask for many tips, Sandra was always available to help when I needed it. Her friendly and caring nature truly made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend staying here – Sandra’s hospitality was excellent!

Just: Excellent, great, the best apartment in Havana I've ever had. I stayed 3 weeks in this beautiful, large and extremely comfortable, modern apartment. It was very quiet, all rooms as in a European 4*hotel, the kitchen had everything you could need as a self-catering. Highlighted is the balcony, which was the highlight of the apartment - shaded, green, quiet and suitable for relaxing and relaxing. I felt like home! The surroundings and location were good, it was my 20th stay in Havana and I still rave about the nice days. The apartment is highly recommended and my next vacation in Havana will definitely be back in this apartment. Thank you to Yunier, who took great care of the guests. Summary: I'll be back in the apartment - you won't find such a beautiful thing right away, especially in Havana!

I've been to Havana three times over the past 8 years and have always stayed here at Roberto's place. Rob's a great host with a wealth of information. The apartment is in a nice and safe area of Havana and is super clean. I won't stay anywhere else when visiting Cuba.

This apartment can only be described as a Magical place, from it’s amazing locating in front of Hotel Nacional de Cuba which is an Icon of the Cuban culture, the quality of the people visiting the building, so close to restaurants and entertainment places, taxi access 24 hrs a day without the need to wait for it, beautiful view from the balcony , clean place, very well maintained, nice decoration, original bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, very quiet for relaxing and a romantic get away. Gabriela was not only helpful but she went the extra mile to accommodate my needs, her father Roberto waited for me in front of the building to give me a tour of the place and to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The only problem I had was not having enough time to stay longer. This place made me fall in love with Habana again.

Beautiful home! Security and house staff were friendly and very helpful! Restaurants are within walking distance. House was well kept, clean and lots of room for 5 adults. The pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax in the evening. Would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in El Vedado. The place is exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The best part is the stunning view of the sea, right from the living room! Waking up to that ocean breeze and sound was truly special. The location is perfect – quiet, safe, and close to everything. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

Mileydis and her husband were extremely attentive to all our needs. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They provided meals and laundry service that was #1. I look forward to seeing them again soon on our next visit to Cuba.

This is my third time staying at the casa and as always it did not disappoint. Wonderful hosts, wonderful breakfasts, wonderful accommodations... I'll be back!

The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

Absolute joy to stay here! Maria and her husband made us feel like friends - they told us the best places to go, how to stay safe, they shared their limited wifi with us, breakfast every morning, and drove us to the airport at the end of the stay! They went above and beyond and made us feel right at home. Would stay with them again so happily! Maria is an amazing cook as well, I definitely recommend getting her breakfast. I've never been this comfortable in a new place ever before in my life! Genuine kind-hearted people. 10000% stay here!

Our stay at Carlos' place was great. The space is fantastic and very well decorated. Janio (Carlos' concierge) was extremely attentive and helpful. Having a phone with a local sim card makes all the difference! Staying at this place gives you more than just a place to sleep. Price is on the high end of the range compared with other places and could perhaps be lowered a bit, but if your budget allows, I would still recommend it! I give this place a 10/10!

Staying at Maridely’s and Claudia’s place in Havana was an absolutely incredible experience. As the only guest, I received such warm, personalized hospitality that I felt completely at home from the moment I arrived. Claudia and her husband were truly amazing hosts — kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. The space was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm, and the location was ideal for exploring Havana. Each morning started with Claudia was always ready with helpful local tips. Traveling solo can sometimes feel isolating, but not here — their hospitality made all the difference. I’m so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. We can’t say enough good things about Luca, his space, and his staff. The design is stunning, and the entire stay feels like an experience, not just a place to sleep. Laura and the team went above and beyond with everything from private in-home breakfasts to laundry and taxi service—making an already incredible place even better. The pool and ocean views are exactly like the photos—jaw-dropping. My parents were supposed to join us but couldn’t make it. After seeing our photos and videos, they’re already talking about coming back with us. Highly recommend and hope to return sooner than later!

Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!
