Family-friendly holiday rentals in Havana

Staff went above and beyond to help us with all our questions, arrange reservations, transportation and find entertainment like music venues and dance, and get us oriented to being in Cuba. This made all the difference to our trip.

This home is located in a quiet humble neighborhood of a beautiful city, that has survived so much. Patric has done an exceptional job in bringing out and restoring the natural beauty of the home and adding modern amenities to make his guests feel at home. The pool area is beautiful, inviting and perfect for any gathering. The house staff is helpful and willing to help in anyway possible. Something not in Patric’ s control or his staff is the weather and countries power grid issues. We did experience 2-3 power outages a day each lasting 2-4 hours. The main generator is being fixed but staff did bring a smaller one to help with lighting and to try and keep 1-2 AC’s running for a more comfortable temperature. This is a reminder to those visiting that this is not the owners fault it’s the reality of the countries day to day struggle. The on site staff did their best to accommodate us. Word of advice travel with a portable chargeable fan and hand held flashlight. Highly recommend

100% RECOMMENDED - BACK Marta and her assistants are charming!! The house is perfect in the center of Vedado, (best area of Havana), spacious, clean, very well located, nice views and very quiet area. Elevator with generator (always working). Wifi is very good and always works (a miracle for Cuba). The house is on a 9º with a large terrace and very good views. There are several restaurants on the same block (one is 24horas), the area is very quiet and safe. Close to places like the Hotel Nacional (worth taking a mojito on the terrace), the Melia Habana libre, the President (terrace to have something very cheap). THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MARTA!!

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!

This is my third time staying at the casa and as always it did not disappoint. Wonderful hosts, wonderful breakfasts, wonderful accommodations... I'll be back!

Diana is a 10 host. She is kind, helpful, attentive, caring, discreet, respectful...my daughter and I were a few sick days and her concern and familiarity confirmed that being in her apartment was a hit. Apartments of more or less comfort we can find without a doubt, the difficult thing is to find a host who knows how to combine attention and at the same time respect your privacy and living space and Diana gives that balance in an exceptional way. His apartment is located in an unbeatable area of Vedado where there is all kinds of service and from which you can move without problems to other places and not to do so, the terraces of the apartment are perfect to rest with a good coffee or whatever it affects. Thank you thousand Diana for being so special, my family and I are more than satisfied and I recommend to the Airbnb Community, that in Havana they do not miss the opportunity to be in their apartment and have the joy of meeting them. We had an amazing stay at this apartment in El Vedado. The place is exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The best part is the stunning view of the sea, right from the living room! Waking up to that ocean breeze and sound was truly special. The location is perfect – quiet, safe, and close to everything. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Everything was wonderful!! Lorena was very helpful and communicative in every way, and the house is just like in the photos. I felt at home. Nothing was missing. Of course, when I return to Cuba, I will go to Lorena's house!! Thank you for everything Lorena!!

Very comfortable stay. Just as described. Comfortable kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. You are connected to the same electrical grid as the hospital so there are no blackouts. You are on the top floor and there is an elevator. Alexander was extremely helpful and clear when checking in / out. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The house and staff are awesome. Gabriel and Suzette make everything easy and comfortable and helped us feel right at home in Cuba. The house was built in 1915. It's basically the second floor of a mansion with the front door on the ground floor where security is always there. The ceilings are about 15' high with lots of mouldings and drapes with giant tassles etc. The roof deck was a really nice place to hang out in the evenings and take in the surroundings. It's close to restaurants and the oceanfront sidewalk that runs the length of Havana.

My stay was very pleasant! From the moment I arrived, Sandra made me feel at ease. She was incredibly attentive, regularly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. While I didn’t ask for many tips, Sandra was always available to help when I needed it. Her friendly and caring nature truly made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend staying here – Sandra’s hospitality was excellent!

Beautiful place and very comfortable.

We had an excellent stay. The house is amazing with numerous, big bedrooms. And the upstairs open-air veranda was a great place to spend our time, especially during the afternoon thunderstorms. The two housekeepers and security guards were extremely helpful, arranging taxis and other activities. They took good care of us! All in all, it was an amazing trip.

2 days in a very pleasant setting, a relaxing bubble with the family facing the sea, feet in the water 🤩 The house is spacious and bright, it feels good. Great hosting with little extras that are appreciated: beach towels, laundry, a well-equipped kitchen and a very good homemade cake 😋

We only spent two days.. we felt very comfortable!! ideal for three ,four people. The Miramar area is the most quiet in Havana. The apartment is as seen in the photos. The pool is the best thing to do with the heat of Cuba. Tania and Pelayo are very friendly.. attentive to our needs. I 100% recommend this apartment. Kind regards.

Beautiful relatively new home in Santa Fe. Wonderful views of the ocean from the roof and a nice pool and seating area up there as well. The place is a very open concept, French designed house. We cooked the majority of our meals at home as the kitchen provides all the tools you could need. They also stocked the fridge with water and some some other foods for breakfast. There is not a whole lot to do in the area, but it is relatively quiet for that reason.
