We are close to the famous Cuban Art Factory, one of the best clubs in Havana. Also the Club El Chévere, La Casa de la Música de Miramar, the Karl Marx Theatre, the Almendares River and the beautiful Havana Forest. We are 100m from Almendares Bridge. Right on the border between the municipality of Playa and Vedado. Just 300 meters away is the Cira García International Clinic. Only 20 m away are the old cars that take you anywhere in the city for only $1.

Good accommodation for families, very quiet and safe neighborhood, just 15 minutes from downtown Havana. The property is located a few meters from the specialized Nautilus Restaurant and a magnificent Restaurant-bar; El Rejoneo with the specialized EL TIC-TAC cafeteria.
