Island – for those who love nature, sea and culture

The house, surrounded by fields and with a beautiful view of the sea of Plemmirio, is located in a natural area of extraordinary beauty and tranquility. It is suitable and open to everyone NB: A car is essential. Upstairs, there is a small independent apartment belonging to other owners. Nearest sea: Scala Ruiz 350 m on foot. It is a place where you can forget about everything knowing, however, that if you want, in ten minutes you are in Syracuse, with its culture and worldly life.

Amazing house by the seaside with two terraces

Super bright house located by the seaside of the beautiful Ortigia island. Fully restructured and decorated with creativity by design enthusiasts. Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.

Delightful studio apartment in the historic center of Noto, on the very central via Cavour, 20 m from via Nicolaci (famous for the Infiorata), 80 m from the Cathedral, and 100 m from Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Especially suitable for a couple. Isolated from the noise from the large courtyard and raised above the main street, it offers all the comforts of a large house.
