Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

On the 2nd floor of a house (no elevator), it consists of a kitchen/dining room, a living/bedroom, a shower room and a toilet. Within walking distance, you will find all amenities (bakery, grocery store, shops, tobacco bar).

Vous avez une route à proximité de la maison.

Ideally located 15min from St Malo and 35min from Mont Saint Michel, close to 2x2 lanes. Pets are allowed and welcome. Possibility of horse pensions or to enjoy the services of the equestrian center (walks, classes...) Lodging well-equipped and comfortable. Be careful, linens and towels are extra!
