La Maison est située à proximité de la mer. Le Port de Pors Poulhan se trouve à 10 min à pied avec son petit café et sa terrasse. Elle est dans une petite impasse pour être au calme pendant vos vacances. La commune de Plozévet se situe à 3 km en voiture. On y trouve des petits commerces: Boulangerie, Boucherie, Poissonnerie, Pharmacie ainsi qu'une moyenne surface et un office de tourisme. La commune d' Audierne se trouve à 15 min en voiture. On y trouve un marché le samedi matin.

It includes: 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 laundry room (washing machine and dryer), and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. Coffee and tea are provided.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Elle héberge maintenant des amis, des artistes et des voyageurs de passage. Sans vis à vis et à deux pas du littoral, c’est un cocon idéal pour profiter de quelques jours dans le Pays Bigouden et dormir sous les étoiles. Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

In a small Breton village of Finistère, minutes away from several beaches, this small family house awaits you. 3 bedrooms, 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, and... a big garden for sunbathing, grilling, reading... Not far from the small towns of Huelgoat, Pleyben you will quickly access the coasts (Pentrez 40 minutes, Crozon 1 hour, Fouesnant country 1 hour). Bike enthusiasts will also find happiness here.

Le gîte est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et peut convenir aux compagnons à quatre pattes. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
