The apartment is very clean and well managed. I felt safe the whole time. There was an issue with the internet not working, but Chuma was very active about making a plan to sort it out, so I had no problem in the end. The place is in a township, but it is a lively and active community. There are some shops around the apartment and eateries, but I did not have a chance to try them. Driving distance into Stellenbosch was about 10 minutes. Traffic in the morning was a bit bad, and made the commute somewhat longer. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

Aletta and her husband are such wonderful people and made our stay so enjoyable. They even offered my partner and I a lift after our event close by, going above and beyond. The apartment was stunning and exactly as described and had a beautiful view. Star, their dog, was so sweet and friendly and made us feel so at home.

This spot is the perfect place to tour the surrounding wine country. The home was spotlessly clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Lindsay was an incredible host with brilliant communication, she made us feel right at home. Would definitely go back the next time I’m in the area.

The RiverStone Cottage is hidden among the greenery, and that is a huge asset. The cottage is fully equipped and offers everything to have a carefree stay in Stellenbosch. The outdoor pool was a welcome heating during the cold winter days. In addition, there is the wood stove that provides coziness. We used the braai. Hermien is a proactive host, she helped us with all kinds of tips. The location in the middle of the Cape Winelands is recommended.
