"Villa Rosa"(Codice CITRA: 010007-LT-0139) is a typical Genoese old house recently renewed located at only ten minutes' walk from the beach and the town center. You just follow down a picturesque stream and you are there! The house offers the guests three floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet on the ground floor,living room and kitchen. The 2000 m2 garden and big parking place could have to be shared with the owners. Tourist Tax in Camogli: 2,5 euro per person per night.

Casa Rosa: comfort, peace and spectacular views

A large living room perfectly furnished. Two comfortable bedrooms. A large covered panoramic terrace where you can dine. A lovely house in a private village dating back to 1200, with a large garden, orchard, organic vegetable garden and a panoramic swimming pool open to guests. All around, an estate of 114 acres of meadows and woods . To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Cascinetta is a short walk from downtown, with free parking outside the property. Ground floor: garden, porch, fully equipped kitchen with large living/living/work area,bathroom. The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.
