Holiday rentals with beach access in Pobri

Überwältigender Panoramablick vom Wohnzimmer und vom Balkon über die Kvarner Bucht, Opatija und Inseln. Schöne, ruhig gelegene und modern ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem Komfort (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Nespresso-Maschine, Parkplatz,…) für eine perfekte Erholung. Dragana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und reagiert auf alle Fragen super schnell.

Pjerina ist eine wundervolle, herzliche, fröhliche, zugewandte und sehr intelligente und belesene Dame. Die wundervollen Gespräche mit ihr werden uns in herzlicher Erinnerung bleiben!

Das Apartment ist klein, aber genau richtig für Single/Pärchen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Man ist gleich am öffentlichen Strand, hat Restaurants im Haus und und einen großen Supermarkt in 3 Min Entfernung. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich! Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Busbahnhof ist keine 5 Min entfernt, von dort kann man schöne Ausflüge in die Gegend machen!

Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Großer Tiefgaragenplatz, wo auch noch unsere Fahrräder stehen konnten. Schöner Pool mit Liegen und Schirmen und einer tollen Aussicht. Fantastische Ruhe in der Wohngegend. Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen!

This is our third time staying in Barbara's flat. it's our go-to spot in Opatija. It's central, quiet, and perfectly located between restaurants and beaches. If Barbara's flat isn't available, we don't come to Opatija.

The room was nice and clean with kitchen which had everything you need for cooking. There is a place to park your car just in front of the door to the apartment. The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our vacation there.

Ich habe Malinis Unterkunft zusammen mit meiner besten Freundin für eine Woche gemietet. Wir waren super zu Frieden und die Wohnung sah toll aus. Es lohnt sich wirklich dort mal Vorbeizuschauen. Wenn man ein Problem hat, dann wird sofort geholfen und die gesamte Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir durften auch das kleine Restaurant von Malinis Ehemann kennenlernen, welches sich ausschließlich für Vegetarier und Veganer lohnt. Super lecker! Ich denke wir werden wiederkommen :)

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Wir waren Ende Mai mit unseren Hund für eine Woche an diesem schönen Ort. Bei der Ankunft liegt es etwas versteckt, trotz Navi aber die Fotos aus der Vogelperspektive von Ivan waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben es schnell gefunden. Die im hinteren Teil wohnende, liebe Inhaberin hat uns mit netten Gastgeschenken empfangen und wäre bei Fragen oder sonstigem Bedarf sofort da gewesen, war aber sonst sehr zurückhaltend. Das Haus hat eine gute Küche mit allem drum und dran und verfügt über ein neues und sehr schönes Bad. Ein herrlicher Garten und das Meer vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche genossen.

Sonja's Apartment ist ein sehr liebevoll restauriertes, kleines Stadthaus mitten im alten Zentrum von Medulin. Die absoluten Highlights waren für mich die offene und zugleich gemütliche Architektur (es ist ein Raum vom Boden bis unter das Dach - hierfür wurden drei Decken entfernt), das stimmige Design der gesamten Unterkunft und der private, kleine Stadtgarten. In diesem gibt es eine Außenküche mit Spüle und Kohle-Grill und unter der Pergola kann man wunderbar sitzen und bei einem Glas Wein den Abend genießen. Sonja ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und hat uns bei jeder Frage schnell weitergeholfen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der kleinen Casa von Ingrid und Daniele. Beide immer sehr freundlich und offen für Fragen. Wir haben die Lage genossen, wirklich ein kleines Privatissimum mit wunderbarem Ausblick, angenehmen Liegen auf dem Grundstück, und der Bucht zum Schwimmen vor der Tür. Außerdem viele Möglichkeiten für kleine Wanderungen um die Buchten, auf der Premantura (mit Auto), gute Restaurants und eine Strandbar, die auch fußläufig zu erreichen sind, und Pula fürs Sightseeing nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Für uns ein toller Ort zum Entspannen!

Es ist die beste Unterkunft, die ich je selber gemietet hat. Es passte einfach alles (einziger Stern Abzug war bei der Lage: wunderschöne Natur aber keine Infrastruktur in der Nähe z.B. Eis essen, einkaufen). Beim Einzug standen zwei Wurst/Käseplatten mit Brot im Haus. Obstkörbe und Kühlschrank war gefüllt - wahnsinnig nett. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus bietet ansonsten alles was das Herz begehrt. Viele kleine Dinge, die bei anderen Häusern nicht vorhanden sind. Wie z.B. Backpapier, Grillkohle, Essig/Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffeefilter und alle möglichen Küchengeräte. Im Außenbereich ein mega toller Pool und sehr viele Freizeit-Möglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Federball + Netz, Trampolin, Außengrill, überdachte Terrasse, Liegen. Es gab wirklich nichts, was wir vermisst haben. Deshalb: vielen Dank - und an alle die das Objekt sehen: unbedingt buchen - vor allem mit Kindern

This home in charming, enchanted. It is better than the photos, if possible. Every desire is perfectly taken care of, the bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms clean and functional, salon and dining room and kitchen (stocked with friendly snacks by the host) are perfect. The highlights are the front terrace with a dining table and a view of mountains and sea and most of all, the swimming pool with an enormous grill (stocked with coals and utensils) and yet another dining area. It is tempting to stay in the home all day, but Croatia's gorgeous beaches are only a short drive away, so the best thing to do is half the day in the sea and half the day at home. The surrounding hills and castles are fascinating. Our host, Marijana and Alen, are friendly and always ready to help.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Sara ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie kommuniziert sofort und ist meist im Haus und für alles da was benötigt werden könnte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt genial in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. 5 min zu Fuß zum Badestrand, 5 min zum Einkaufzentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Gaby und Florian

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. As a ground level apartment with direct garden access, it was the perfect setup for our dog to enjoy. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Location wise, It's just a few minutes walk from the sea. But what truly made this stay exceptional was our amazing host. Sanda's great hospitality made us feel so welcome and looked after. Highly recommend this place for anyone, especially those traveling with dogs!

La casa di Marina e’ grande e accessoriata bene, letti comodi, bagni grandi e piacevoli. Spazi comuni notevoli! La posizione ottima, sotto casa fermata bus per raggiungere il lungo mare e il centro in brevissimo tempo, parcheggio taxi davanti al portone. Parcheggi auto vicino se fortunati! Park S. We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt und kann wärmstens weiterempfohlen werden. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sanja ist wirklich eine Traumgastgeberin. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind fantastisch und die Gegend bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an. Vielen Dank an die sympathische Gastgeberin, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.
