Holiday cottage in the countryside "BEe in foREST"

The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

Fabina

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Accommodation on the outskirts of Trieste, in a private house, quiet area, convenient access, large private parking. 100 meters from the bus stop, to the city center. Close to the highway to Slovenia and Croatia. N. Rocco Stadium is nearby, a short walk from the bike path to the center and Val Rosandra, bars, pizzerias, and supermarkets. The accommodation has a bedroom with two single beds that are close together, but can also be separated. Wi-Fi access. Living area with coffee machine, electric hob, microwave and fridge.

Our house is situated on a small hill near to the Cerknica Lake which disappears in the summer but offers an amazing insight into its Karst bed. This had been our family home for 14 years until 2013 when we moved to Germany and we love spending our summers there. For us, it is a perfect retreat from the busy life in a big city and we enjoy the calmness of the unspoiled nature around the house. Please treat it with respect! Community tax must be paid at the property : 1,25 eur/night/person.

The beaches are just a 25 minute drive away as well as the town of Rijeka and Opatija. But the location is also good if you want to explore Istra or the nearby islands.
