EXCEPTIONAL RELAXATION We spent 5 nights in this magical place together with our dog and I wish I could live there;) This place is really quiet equipped with everything you may need. House is strategically located. Hideen in nature, but bakery and shop within walking distance. Beautifull walk to marina take a few minutes. There’s lovely beach with a small cafeteria too. The village of Posedarje is full of nice people and it's really quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Sara and her parents took excellent care of us. We will definitely be happy to come back again. We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

Sara and her family were the perfect hosts. The cottage is very nicely decorated, a real highlight is the outdoor area. Everything is lovingly designed and in very good condition. There's also a small vegetable garden and chickens. The nearby place Posedarje is very nice. Also Novigrad is a very nice place that can be reached in 15 minutes by car. We highly recommend the house!

We had a fantastic time in Villa Dora in Podgradina. The cottage was perfectly prepared – the kitchen was fully equipped (everything you need to cook and serve meals), the bathroom is also impeccable. Every room had air conditioning, which was a huge advantage on hot days. An additional plus was the smart TV and very quick contact with the owner – always available and helpful. The place was completely private, and we had a beautiful heated pool and BBQ grill. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful holiday in Croatia.

Anita welcomed us in a very friendly way and answered all our questions very quickly. The house and around the house is all spanking clean. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The beds are comfortable, which was very conducive to our relaxation. The pool was maintained every morning while we slept and we also enjoyed having a nice cool-down on sunny days. We were able to drive to everything perfectly from the house and had great experiences. At night it gets very dark so we could see the stars very well. It's so nice and quiet that we were able to sleep very well. We will be happy to come back.

Wow, wow, wow…The house is amazing. It is very tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The view of the Adriatic Sea and the mountains is insanely beautiful, and when the sun rises and colors the peaks in the most beautiful red tones, you are simply blown away. The heated pool allows you to swim extensively even in October and you sleep fantastically in the beds, so we also photographed them because we want to have them at home😊 Strategically, the location was great for our excursions. The national parks were important to us and these could be easily reached from Podgradina. The Velebit Mountains also kept the cold temperatures from the inland, so that we also had temperatures around 24 degrees at the end of October and could always have breakfast on the terrace.

We stayed with Ivic and his wife for 10 days. The house is located in a quiet area. It has a great pool, which we spent all day. the water was very warm, so you can swim from 7am. If you're missing something, there's a market with a basic assortment in the area. You can also play ball on the field or walk/ride a bike. The house was very clean, equipped with everything you need. The pool wheel is a great solution. Ivica is a really great host, he took care of everything, and you could write to him at any time. Restaurants, markets, bars, and the beach are a few minutes' drive away. Upon arrival and departure, we received gifts from Ivica and his wife, for which we thank you very much.

We stayed with 2 adults, a 14 year old and two dogs at the beginning of June for a week in the wonderfully idyllically located ZirZen. The check-in was nice and uncomplicated. Nataša came and showed us everything. If we had a question, we could call them. Parking was close to the house and there is even a barbecue area. The little cottage is really in the middle of the forest. You can hear nothing but the sounds of the forest. In the immediate vicinity there are many opportunities for activities but we were always happy to be able to go back to our forest in the evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. The toilet took some getting used to at first but the outdoor shower was a great experience. The dogs were also totally thrilled and even made friends with a little stray cat that sat in front of our door every morning. We really recovered wonderfully.
