New apartment situated in a small building in a quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful sea view, near Veli Vrh – one of many hills around Rijeka. (It has good walking paths and offers a unique view that stretches over the entire Kvarner Bay, the islands of Krk and Cres, and Učka mountain.) City center is pretty close, 15 min by car, a bus station is 5 min walking so you can get to any place in center in about 25 min. Apartment has 50m²: kitchen and dining room and one room with a roof window.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Dobrodošli u ugodan i opuštajući studio apartman u kojem ćete napuniti baterije i osjećati se kao kući :) Lokacija je odlična za one koji žele biti blizu centra ( 5 min hoda do Korza), a opet dovoljno udaljeni od gradske buke. U blizini je kulturnih znamenitosti te brojnih kafića, restorana i trgovina. Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju stambene zgrade te ima privatan ulaz. Nudi sve potrebno za kraći ili duži boravak. Kristina and Alen are extremely friendly hosts who were always available and happy to help us with advice and action. We are already looking forward to our next motorcycle racing holiday; we will be back!

The accommodation was as described and the front area was very large, which made the entrance with our 2 cars very easy. The hostess and her husband were extremely helpful and always available and on site within minutes to help. In addition, she gave us very good restaurant and bar tips for the nearby cities. I would actually even take another vacation in this villa, because I liked it so much. My girls and I were so grateful and left the hosts a small gift. 🫶🫶

This apartment has defenatley exceeded our expectation. Early morning coffee & sunrise on a balcony - amazing. The view on this part of Rijeka has much to show about city’s rich industrial history. I love how the apartment is positioned. It made me wanna own the place.
