Holiday rentals with beach access in Podstrana

“Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Podstrana! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants und Supermärkten. Die Ferienwohnung war geräumig, sauber und bestens ausgestattet, perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne Pool mit den vielen Sonnenliegen gefallen, wo man den Tag wunderbar ausklingen lassen kann. Die Balkone war perfekt für gemütliche Abende, und bieten einen tollen Blick. Ein besonderes Lob geht an unseren Gastgeber Petar, der immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar war. Er hat uns bei allen Fragen unterstützt und uns mit allem versorgt hat , sobald wir darum gebeten haben. Petar und seine Familie waren immer sehr zuvorkommend, und man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen

My second trip to Croatia and I honestly could not have wished for better hosts! Both Klaudija and her husband Nikola were unbelievably kind and thoughtful. From little homemade biscuits and jam to an evening of bbq food! I’ve never experienced hosts so lovely. There were tears when I left! The apartment was super clean and had everything you could possibly need - right down to a garlic mincer. I booked the apartment for 4 weeks and there was nothing lacking at all. Comfortable beds, impeccably clean bedding and towels and a homely feel to the apartment made my stay so enjoyable . The shower had good pressure too which is always a bonus! Podstrana is a good base to use for travel. Split is only a short bus or taxi ride away where you can book trips to other islands, attractions, and visit the old town etc. The isle of Brać is a 50 minute ferry ride from Split and well worth visiting. I will 100% be booking to stay at Klaudijas apartment again the near future.

Super apartman! Odlicna lokacija! Plaza doslovno pred nosom! Trgovine u blizini. Autobusna stanica na 2 min od apartmana ukoliko netko zeli do Splita skoknuti. Od mene preporuka! :)

We have rent the appartment for 9 nights. We have sincerely appreciated to be here ! Everything was very clean and we received a delicious red wine as welcome gifted from Tanja's parents. The place is calm, the bedroom really confortable and the terrace is very large. We see the stars every night and sometimes shooting stars. What a pleasure ! Near the appartment, there is a small supermarket and another one, bigger, next to the beach. You can also eat food specialities on the beach. Also, Podstrana is really a charming place to discover : there is a lot of flowers, cats, local houses! A lot of things to see, especially if you like taking pictures :) The must for us was the location of the apartment : you are just 8-10 minutes from the beach by walking. Marijana war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt sehr weit oben und hat dementsprechend einen super Ausblick aber ein Auto ist hier empfehlenswert.

Ines was very responsive with messaging and always happy to help. The apartment has an incredible view which can be enjoyed from the hot tub in the sun during morning time. Ten minute drive from split. Would recommend to a friend and very much hope to return

Spędziliśmy u Josipa tydzień wraz ze znajomymi na początku czerwca 2025. Apartament bardzo ładny, przestronny i czysty z cudownym widokiem. Zejście do morza kilka kroków od apartamentu natomiast są to strome schody i lepiej poświęcić 5 min więcej by dojść drogą główną (zwłaszcza w przypadku pobytu z dziećmi). Świetna komunikacja z gospodarzami, którzy byli mili i pomocni. Co do okolicy, biorąc pod uwagę wszystkie miejsca, które udało nam się zwiedzić-nie była aż tak zachwycająca, po prostu okej. Natomiast sama miejscowość jest świetnym punktem wypadowym: 30 min do Trogiru, 20 min do Omiš i 10 do Splitu. Podsumowując: cena adekwatna do jakości. Polecamy 🙂

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Von Anfang an hat sich Kristian, der Sohn der Gastgeberin, sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Er hat uns alles ausführlich und genau erklärt, war jederzeit hilfsbereit, gastfreundlich und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wie zu Hause zu sein. Die Atmosphäre war wunderbar – ruhig, privat und entspannt. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen, ganz ungestört und für uns allein. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es war alles da, was man als Reisender braucht. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der Pool und der schöne Außenbereich, wo man perfekt entspannen konnte. Ob am Morgen oder am Abend – die Umgebung war einfach traumhaft. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir dieses Pool-Haus gebucht haben. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Vielen Dank für alles!

Mirko siempre fue muy amable y respondió todas mis dudas, me guio para llegar a tiempo al ferry :). El apartamento tiene una pequeña cocina con refrigerador muy util, un pequeño comedor y cuerdas para colgar la ropa, que gran idea!. nosotros veníamos en moto por lo que no tuvimos ningún problema para movilizarnos, sin embargo si no tienes tu propio vehículo debes tener en cuenta que El hospedaje está a 20 minutos (en carro) de split por lo que debes revisar cual es la mejor forma de movilizarte

A perfect Airbnb for our group of 9 . 3 very comfortable fully equipped apartments on ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd (top) floor with amazing views of the sea and Brac. The garden is beautiful with lots of space to relax, sunbathe, read in the shade. The pool's temperature is perfect with outside shower and fun pool lights. Tina and husband cooked a huge, delicious Croatian meal for us one night. Thank you! A short walk, 10- 20 mins will get you to several local restaurants & beach bars. We loved Amigos in Podstrana that served amazing fish meals & Italian dishes. A short walk down the hill takes you to the local well stocked grocery store and across the road to beach. The walk back up is steep but good exercise. We enjoyed day trips to Hvar on the ferry, hired a private boat to take us all to local islands which was thrilling & a trip to the amazing Krka national park waterfalls. We used Uber/ Bolt- easy & reasonably priced ~€15 to get to Split & ~€35 to/from airport.

Majutaja oli väga sõbralik ja abivalmis. Soovitas lähedal asuvaid häid söögikohti ja vaatamisväärsusi. Elamiseks oli kõik vajalik olemas. Konditsioneer töötas väga vaikselt, ei seganud magamist:) Armas väike koht mere kaldal.

Het huis van Irena en Branko is fantastisch. Heel ruim, schoon, volledig uitgerust, en slechts een paar trappen verwijderd van het strand. Het strand is weliswaar klein, maar alleen ons huis en het huis daarnaast maken er in werkelijkheid gebruik van. Wij waren de meeste dagen helemaal alleen op het strand. De zee is super schoon en heerlijk om in te zwemmen. Daarnaast zijn vier ligstoelen en vier parasols inbegrepen in de huur, wat uitzonderlijk is. Een van de twee slaapkamers heeft ook een eigen balkon met uitzicht op de zee! Dan nog de gastvrijheid: het is bijna onmogelijk om te beschrijven hoe lief en gastvrij Irena en Branko zijn! Als ze ons op het strand zagen liggen, boden ze meteen koffie aan. Mijn zusje en ik mochten ook gebruik maken van hun sup wanneer we wilden! Ze gaven goede tips voor restaurantjes langs de zee en waren altijd beschikbaar voor vragen. Ik kan met oprechtheid zeggen dat ze vrienden zijn geworden! Thank you Irena & Branko! It was such a pleasure to meet you!

Superfijn en mooi huis, alles was schoon. Benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Niet alles wat in de advertentie gemarkeerd stond was aanwezig in bijvoorbeeld de keuken, maar de belangrijkste spullen waren er wel, wij hebben in ieder geval niks echt wat we nodig hadden gemist. Fijne rustige omgeving, op minder dan 1 minuut lopen van het strand en 2 supermarkten en een bakker op minder dan 5 min lopen aan de wegkant. Split was ongeveer 15-20 min. rijden, als het niet druk op de weg was. Airco’s werken goed! Heel fijn dat we gratis bedjes en een parasol konden lenen aan het strand, later zelfs de grote parasol met de grotere bedjes, echt super! Echt een fijn verblijf gehad en lief dat jullie een schaal met druiven uit de tuin kwamen brengen. Wij raden dit verblijf zeker aan aan onze vrienden en familie.

Vi var ett sällskap på 10 personer, 7 vuxna och 3 barn, som spenderade 1 vecka i huset i början på juni. Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka och huset erbjöd allt vi behövde. Huset har väldigt bra planlösning med sovrummen separerad från övriga ytor, väl utrustat med allt man behöver, flera toaletter och ett fantastiskt läge. På övervåningen är nästan som en egen lägenhet som var perfekt för en av familjerna att bo. Utomhusområdet med pool, pingisbord, utekök, matplatser, liten lekplats och solsängar är väldigt bra och har en otrolig utsikt. Vi spenderade den mesta av tiden i huset och det blev många timmar i den fina poolen. Vi var på några utflykter, bland annat Split och Omis. Fina platser som det var kort resväg till med taxi eller Uber. Vi gick ner till byn, ca 1 km, varje dag för att handla men även för att bada i havet och äta på den lokala restaurangen, väldigt fint och trevligt. Det var helt enkelt en fantastisk vecka och Jasna med familj var väldigt bra värdar.

A truly wonderful house to stay in. Great hosts. Beautifully presented. Great little private sea swimming and loungers area. Lovely pool too. Restaurants near by, short drive. We had an amazing time

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.
