Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or a family holiday our “ Studio in Paradise” apartment can address your needs… This is a 30 metre square studio apartment consisting of one bedroom (one double), full bathroom, a furnished kitchen, with large pull-out sofa, and a terrace with an amazing sea view. The apartment is tastefully decorated and comes with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The terrace is shared with our Romantic Beach Getaway Apartment and provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and cafés offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has an air-conditioning unit, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom has an enclosed shower with its own hot water tank. The unit is located on the first floor with easy in and out access and provides spectacular views of the sea! Buses run every half an hour and will take you to the very center of Split or other place along the coast like Omis, Makarska or Dubrovnik. The apartment is away from the crowds and the bustling area of Split but very easy access to this great city! We are located in a great spot serving you for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Yet, our convenient location serves as the perfect base for exploring Croatia's second largest city or other area’s along the coast. On our grounds we have a grassy area where you could sit on a blanket and have a picnic or use our traditional Dalmatian style grill to prepare your meals enjoying the taste of traditional Croatia. We provide beach lounge chairs, that will allow you the relaxation and comfort on the beach for sunbathing or for an evening sunset at the edge of the sea. We also have parasols to enjoy the beach and keep the sun away. Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view over sea, mountains&city. Near Split and a few min by foot from beaches. Spacious, has: 2bedrooms, 2bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large private terrace&2 balconies. Fully equipped, new Climatisation, Wifi 300Mbps, smart TV, free private parking. Fits from 2 to 6pers. Just down our road (300m,~5min walk) there are several beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, café&bars, and a bus stop that connects directly Split old center with our neighborhood

Newly built Villa (6+2 pearson) in Podstrana/Split, with swimming pool, fully equipped,air conditioned,BBQ, with great, patio-garden, perfect for families with children, with trampoline and swing for children. 120 meters from the beach-easy walk. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

Rooftop Apartment with stunning view

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

BAJNICE Apartment East side with heated pool

Luxury apartment with pool that has a pool water heating system. The pool is filled with water from early April to late October. The pool is equipped with a water heating system and a powerful counter-current swimming system (makes you swim all day without touching the wall). If you rent both apartments (East and West) - you have a complete house with a pool just for your group (up to 12 people). You will enjoy the beautiful sea view from the terrace around the pool.
