Nestled among the ancient olive trees, Villa degli Olivi offers a haven of serenity and sophistication and is a short stroll into the cobblestoned paths of Spello along a flat, tree lined lane. This recently renovated Villa offers modern luxury while maintaining its Italian roots. Offering 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and the possibility for 2 additional guests with a sleeper sofa. A cozy studio apartment with full kitchen, bathroom, laundry and sleeper sofa is also available for an additional cost.

Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
