Peaceful and BEAUTIFUL home!! Worth every penny!

Had a great stay, clean and spacious! Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at JC’s villa! It was completely spotless and there was ample space for our family. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we were made to feel like we could get in contact no matter how small the question! The games room was perfect. The outdoor space at the pool was great too. Cannot fault it and cannot recommend this villa enough!

Stayed at Dan’s home for about 8 days with my family to celebrate my wedding weekend. The home was so beautiful, pool was fun and the kitchen was stocked up with seasonings, tons of pots and pans for us to cook at home and the movie theater/game room was a great bonus, the kids had a great time! Everything was exactly like the pictures although I did think the pool was a bit smaller than I expected in the photos but it was still super fun and comfortably fit 7 people. I would definitely stay at Dan’s home again!

Thank you Chanda and Matthew for letting us check in early. The house was beautiful, and clean. The bedrooms were comfortable. Kids and grown ups enjoyed the game/theater room. Every night we had movie night, in the theater room. It was only a 30 minute drive to Magic Kingdom. My nephew enjoyed his workout at the Clubhouse. The kitchen was well stocked. I was surprise at the amount of silverware, utensils, and dinnerware provided. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 children, the house was comfortable for everyone to hangout together or have their own space.

Booked this place for me and my 2 work buddies for a 3 night work session and it was amazing. They were very responsive to all my questions. When i come back with the family i will definitely rebook this place if available!! Clean, quiet, safe, peaceful, and makes u feel right at home!!

We had a great stay in May. The house and pool are fabulous. It’s 5 mins from a supermarket, close to restaurants and 20/25 mins from the Disney parks. Allan was very helpful and responsive. We’ve stayed in Cumbrian Lakes before and Allan’s house is great, overlooking a lake. Big bedrooms, lots of closet space. Would recommend.

Serena is really an incredible host. She is very responsive and always replies to any issues (which have always been minor) or questions we have. We have already reserved a stay for next summer.

Melissa made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and had a great time on our vacation. The property was great, a lot to enjoy at the home when taking a rest from Disney and Universal. Overall, I have zero complaints about the Melissas home and would highly recommend it to anyone with a medium to large party.

Thank you so much for letting us into your home. You have the most beautiful stocked home I’ve ever been in. There was so much I didn’t need to buy because you already had it which I loved! You had everything from blankets towels cookware bathroom supplies cleaning supplies mop pads seasoning cooking oils pool floaties propane from last guest..on top of having the most peaceful beautiful home! Kept it really easy to keep house clean! The waterfall pool the openess of the whole home made it perfect. The host was there for any questions I had always answered within 5-10 minutes I really appreciate you opening your house as well as still caring and being there for your guest at any time. Anytime I’m ever in Florida I will definitely keep this home in mind definitely worth it in every way!

My stay was wonderful! My family and I are very happy, everything was very quiet, they were attentive, the club house is very fun! The truth is that I am very happy and I would definitely rent it again and recommend it, thank you very much

This house was exactly as pictured and the location is perfect. We loved it so much, we wish we added a few days on just to enjoy the house. Jen is so quick to respond with any questions you have. Do yourself a favor and plan days to just enjoy the game room and pool area and check out the resort. We had a blast and can’t wait to return.

Ryan was a great host. His instructions were very helpful. The house was warm and inviting. The kids had a great time in the game room, pool and even the Star Wars bedroom. We would definitely return.

Check in was easy and the home was just what my family and I needed for a getaway! Andre was a great host!

This was one of my top stays of all time because the house was well appointed. Each of the 3 decorated children's rooms offered something different for my twin daughters. They of course only slept in the princess room but spent most of their time in the Mulana room. The VR machine is crazy! Flipped me 180 degrees as I road a dragon and my kids watched the tv screen from behind the safety barrier. You won't find that amenity anywhere else. Location is out of the way and quiet. The two video game rooms were a nice touch too. And to check out, Dun sent us a message saying essentially "Just leave, it's a vacation. We'll handle linens and towels and trash, etc." Literally could not be easier.

We loved our stay! The home is very close to the parks and other attractions. The pool, while not being huge, was perfect for what we needed - plenty of chairs including reclining chairs, and tons of sunlight to tan with. We never saw a bug inside the home for our whole entire trip - first time we've experienced that in Florida! A few things to keep in mind: We could not find any kleenex/tissues in the home, and we only had 2 half rolls of toilet paper for the week. I would recommend buying some paper products for your stay so you don't run out. Overall, a great stay!

The interior decor is amazing. We had a girls trip and the space was perfect. Debra was incredibly detailed and responsive with any questions. One thing to note, we used ride-shares (Uber/Lyft), some of the drivers got confused regarding the gates, despite giving them detailed instructions so I recommend budgeting extra time if you are using those and have a reservation that you need to get to. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Loved our stay! Marcel was very helpful and the place smelled soooo good! I was so scared to see roaches cause it’s a warmer climate and we didn’t see any roaches at all!!! Very clean! Very homey! I would def love to stay here when we visit family again!!! And the area is safe!!

It was a wonderful place! The only issue I have is the host stayed outside in her car for over a hour waiting on my family to leave, made me feel rushed! Check out is at 10 am , she was out there at 9 am !

Beautiful home. Think the cleaners are letting you down around the pool. Exterior table was full of stains and dirt. Interior of house was fine. We found top of seringe on the pool deck by exterior screen. House was well stocked. Frying pans need to be replaced. Food sticks to surfaces when using. Toaster is not working correctly and the ceiling fan in the room to the right of stairs needs to be fixed. Shakes violently on top two speeds. Home is spacious with a great pool area. Great having tv in every room. Neighborhood is nice and easy to find. Would rent again. Place needs a nice BBQ too

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Balmoral Manor. The communication was excellent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The property featured beautiful theme decorations and was very well-stocked, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We had a memorable and joyful stay!
