The Phileas houseboat is a 1930s boat on which a contemporary structure was built with wide river openings. This floating, design, quiet and comfortable residence is ideal for couples or parents with 1 or 2 children as it offers a 140 cm bed and a 120 cm wide bed. Privacy and change of scenery are guaranteed, in the heart of Nantes, on the Erdre River, classified partly by Unesco'. A private terrace, on the back deck of the boat, opens onto the park of the island of Versailles Located Quai de Versailles, on the water at the entrance of the Parc de l 'Île de Versailles, in the heart of the Port of l' Erdre.
