Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

Very well located accommodation 30 m from the old port. Small problem with works in the condominium during our stay but Saida was extremely responsive, available and accommodating. I would recommend this place, which is exactly as described and is very clean.

Central and practical, this apartment was perfect for our needs during our stay in La Rochelle. Quality double glazing means you won't be disturbed by people (only pedestrians) passing by in the street. Access to the center and the port is just a few steps away.

Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small piece of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

Paula is very friendly, nice, and very responsive. We enjoyed his accommodation, which is in every way faithful to the description. We also appreciated his attention to leaving fans available, which were very useful to us in this hot weather. I recommend Paula 👍👍

Excellent location, very close to a beautiful sandy beach. Great ice cream shop and fantastic bakery bus stop right outside which took you straight into LaRochelle old port in 20 minutes. Car parking within walking distance.

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

A gem of a place! Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful location but within walking distance from the port and local shops.
