L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Casa Alice, on a hillside with a view

Casa Alice is cozy and comfortable, above a ventilated and panoramic hill, close to Lake Garda but far from the noise of the nightlife, at the right distance from tourist places and easy to reach. The beaches of Lake Garda are within easy reach, the location is in the middle of the enchanting places on the Brescia and Verona shores. In the landscape, villages, castles and fortresses alternate on the morainic hills, between Lugana vineyards and olive groves producing fine oils.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

Today, the old Ferretti farmhouse is a cozy vacation home in the countryside. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and features 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. It is ideal for families or groups looking to stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, surrounded by nature, the peace of the countryside, and wildlife, and immersed in the large, well-equipped garden.

La Casa della Luna is a characteristic house located on the Morainic Hills in Solferino, a few minutes' drive from Lake Garda, a historic site for the birth of the Red Cross, and from where you can reach Verona and Mantua in about 30 minutes or the most famous amusement parks such as Gardaland. The ideal place to relax, take bike rides or walks, to rediscover history and nature immersed in the beautiful villages of our hills.

Compulsory tourist tax to be paid on-site extra stay (€2.80 for each adult or child over 14 years per day - after the seventh day free-)

It is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes from the Station and for those who arrive by car and need to park it is no more than 100 meters from the underground parking lot on Kennedy Street.
