Next to the house is large terrace with a barbecue and green meadow with olive trees. The next village Šilo can be reached from Villa Murvenica by car over an about 2 kilometers non-asphalted road or by foot in about 10 - 15 minutes. E-car-owners find a charging station in Šilo.
