Small cottage in nature in the rural area (semi-detached house/annex), approx. 70m² and beautiful large wooden veranda. Ideal for couples, singles, club or company excursions, spending a few days with friends, but also for families with up to 3 children. Bargain offer: Travelers who come alone can book the ground floor on their own for a savings price. There is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living and kitchen area, the beautiful large bathroom and the spacious veranda.

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Experience relaxing days in our lovingly furnished holiday apartment in the picturesque Alpine foothills. It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes
