Our group of pickleball friends had a fantastic long weekend at Cynthia’s! We visited so many pickleball courts nearby, and mid-day we cooled down and relaxed by the pool. Cynthia’s home was the perfect place for us, very spacious, super comfortable and very accessible to all kind of eateries and activities. It was a plus that each room had direct access to the backyard, so we can all come and go outside however we pleased without disrupting the rest of the group, especially our friend who was sleeping in the pull-out couch. He said it was a comfy one too! Thank you, Cynthia, for making us feel so welcome!

Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful home well maintained, you can tell they love it and want others to enjoy it as well. Anastasia and her husband were both available if needed and took care of any small items that came up immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if planning another trip out that way ♥️

Can’t say enough about this wonderful gem… The home was spacious and modernly furnished with everything that you would need plus extra fun . The backyard in pool were perfect for a family time and connecting. It was a refreshing oasis. We loved it.

Had a wonderful time. Dark skies for the stargazers. Saw some house finches, quails, bees, robins, goldfinches, vultures, ravens, and dragonflies.

I spent a couple nights here with my family. During our stay, we found the peace and relaxation we were all so eagerly looking for. The house is beautiful and full of amenities that really make you feel like you're at home. The location is very convenient, with it being only 5 minutes away from the local grocery store and a short drive from several camping/swimming/fishing locations. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

What a beautiful property! My husband, best friend, and I stayed here for 4 nights for our friend’s wedding at the Sierra Banquet Center (which was only a 6 minute drive away). I greatly appreciated Jennifer’s clear check-in/check-out instructions and how friendly and welcoming her and Matt are! They were so thoughtful in leaving a card and a bottle of wine for us. The house was spacious, quiet, CLEAN, and so comfortable! I’ll definitely be booking again for our next Apple Hill visit!

Lovely time in Apple Hill area for wine tasting and spending quality time with friends. We went out here for my 30th birthday and it couldn’t have been a better place for us to stay. We had dinner at the house and it was so easy with the kitchen and room to eat. Everyone had their own space but also had great spaces to all hang out and play games together. It was so close for wine tasting, breweries, and restaurants. Zinah and Andrew responded quickly with recommendations and information, as well as letting us check-in early. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this Sweet Magical Home! The location was close to stores and amenities were the best. The beds were so incredibly comfortable and the decor was soothing and peaceful! My mom and I absolutely felt safe and secure in the house and cannot wait to stay again❤️! Cheri’ and Mom

We had a lovely stay. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed the peaceful view. The house is great and provides lots of privacy, but also an open living area.

Me and girlfriend stayed at David’s cabin and enjoyed our 2 days there. There was a lot of board games at the cabin and had fun playing some. David also gave clear instructions and explained how to work all appliances that are in the cabin which gave us confidence and comfort to enjoy our stay to the fullest.

Janice’s place was magical. My husband and I spent a weekend there to enjoy our time with our two dogs in Lake Tahoe. Dogs loved the space and the outdoor, it was just what two big snow dogs needed. Traveling to Tahoe from Pollock was great! We were hesitant at first due to the travel time there, but the drive was so enjoyable, only 1 hour away and so scenic. It’s close to amenities and right on a main road, super close to the highway. The home was the coziest we’ve stayed in, we thought we’d be cold and brought extra blankets but we did not need them, Janice had extra blankets and towels in her home, plus heater, so we were super cozy. The home is equipped with everything you would need so that made it great! The most amazing part was experiencing winter wonderland here. We sat at the porch and watched our snow dogs play in the front lawn, the house has these beautiful windows all around so we could enjoy the snow from inside. Truly a beautiful home, don’t hesitate to book.

The place was cozy and the area was spectacular. The views were beautiful and the space was abundant. Would recommend this place and definitely look forward to staying here again.
