Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Francis' house in Kereseszeg

Far from the paved road, the noise of the world, the white adobe house of Kereseszeg stands in the forest. We have preserved the old buildings: the residential house and the barn have been reborn as a modern, comfortable, refined guest house. Living room with a sofa bed, where + 1 person can fit comfortably. Reading corner, kitchen, dining table. Large double bedroom. Modern bathroom. The old barn has become an apartment with a private bathroom. Covered terrace, dining set, barbecue.

Ban house in Barabásseg

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.

If you just want silence, you don't have to move out, the sun goes around the building, it's impossible to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood and the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we cannot accommodate children (0-16 years)

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Our stylish, cozy apartment in a enclosed residential building between Batthanyi Castle and the mansion. The apartment is well equipped, has 2 bedrooms and an American kitchen living room overlooks a quiet small terrace. A few hundred meters away is a wellness, pool, sauna, and tennis court in the park of the castle. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the nearby Zala Springs Golf Club offers golf and wellness.

Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.

A ház előtt ingyenes a parkolás, de tömegközlekedéssel is könnyen megközelíthető. A közelben éttermek, a szomszédos parkban pedig sportolási lehetőség és játszótér is várja Önöket és gyermekeiket.

In addition to the accommodation fee, a tourist tax of 500 HUF/person/night must be paid in Zalaegerszeg (IFA). This can be done on site in cash or by bank transfer.
