Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Polperro

We loved staying at the Rocket House with our little dog. It felt like a home away from home, comfortable, spacious, and light, and I spent many hours sitting watching and listening to the sea from the big front window. It was so relaxing being so close to the beaches and sea, and being able to pop out and sit by the harbour. Portwrinkle was a lovely place, very friendly, and on the SW coast path so you could walk easily, and close to Crafthole for dinner and the community shop (an uphill walk but then down on the way back!). We visited Cawsand and Kingsand, Looe, Polperro, Antony house, Wilcove, Mount Edgcumbe, all nearby and beautiful. We will come back and stay again because I loved the home itself, the location, and the peace of the view and sea. Doing my yoga practice with the window open and the sound of the sea was wonderful. I didn't want to leave but I came home feeling rested and happy. Thank you so much.

Before we had checked out, we had reserved for next year. A superb property, in a beautiful, quiet location, but is just 10 minutes walk away from bars and restaurants. 1 minute walk from a beach, next door to an historic ancient church and absolutely idyllic. Highly recommended.

absolutely stunning place in the beautiful moorlands. Very private, close to the river and lots of horses, sheep a cows nearby. The garden is huge and the kids(and grownups) loved it. Great facilities, well equipped kitchen. Wendy was most helpful and very quick to respond. We might well make it an annual trip.

This home is amazing, and pictures do not do it justice. It is very clean and very, very comfortable, right in the heart of the sweetest Cornwall village, Cawsand Beach. The views….. takes your breath away. Seriously. The sound and smell of the ocean are healing, and to sit there and watch the natural beauty is a big part of the experience. Once you’re there, you only have to step outside the door to be on the path to all the pubs, shops and walking paths around the area. Amanda was an excellent host and we appreciated every kindness she extended to our family. This vacation in this location will be hard to beat. We left with heavy hearts as the locals embraced us with the same amazing kindness. I would recommend this experience to anyone that appreciates an excellent home in the middle of a magical part of the world—a step back in time and a chance to reset in a stunning location. Really enjoyed our stay at the Slipway. Great location for walking into town and the property is very comfortable and well equipped. Nice view of the river from the property and communication with Neil very easy.

We had a beautiful stay at this place. It was perfect for a group of friends wanting to explore parts of Cornwall. The place was spacious and airy, and we had a great time using the hot tub! The place was tidy and it was a very comfortable stay. Connor was very responsive and helpful, and gave clear instructions and was always there to answer. The place was very near to Eden Project, just 15 minute drive and other places with spectacular beaches and small coastal towns. We would highly recommend!

A nice place to stay in St Agnes and was walking distance to the beach

This is the second time I have stayed at the property and it didn't disappoint. We absolute loved our time there and I set my alarm each morning to watch the sunrise out over the sea. Beautiful experiance!

we had a fantastic stay here, the signal box was gorgeous and well equipped with everything you need and more! Nice touches of shampoos and shower gels incase we'd forgotten, a bottle of fizz and a jug of milk in the fridge also! We found the property to be clean and welcoming and hot tub was excellent and clean. we thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous pet sheep that came to see us everyday 😍 The view from the property is amazing and the sunrise was to die for! we had dinner at The springer Spaniel one evening, lovely food and great cocktails!! we would easily recommend this gorgeous place and jacqui is a lovely welcoming helpful host! we hope to be back soon! We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

Just spent a long weekend with family at this amazing place, it really has the wow factor! Beautiful countryside views, lovely tastefully decorated accommodation, with a fantastic pool and hot tub. It’s such a peaceful beautiful location. We enjoyed early morning walks to watch the cows come back from milking and listening to the owls hooting at night. Melanie is such a lovely lady, so warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. We had an amazing time at the bay talland! Staff was super friendly and the house was more than what we hoped for! The hot tub, pool, plunge pool and sauna was all included in our stay and we loved using them! We would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful escape. Thanks so much.

Danny’s home is in an ideal, rural location, set back on an expansive lawn overlooking the sea on one side, hills with grazing sheep on another, and just beyond an amazing view of Plymouth. Beautiful! Directly across the street and down a short path is The Cliff Top Cafe, a great place to get a bite to eat and take in the amazing view. The home is very comfortable and clean and has everything needed to enjoy a peaceful getaway. To me, the best part of the experience was definitely the location. It absolutely does not disappoint. Views, views, views and soft sounds of sheep calling out from the hillside. Very special. Thank you Danny. We will never forget our first stay in the UK.

Just want to say a massive thankyou again! We had a lovely time staying at Blue View and the flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, well equipped & the views are to die for!! The pool was heated so I was able to take my 4 month old son in there who loved it! Kirsten & Ben are very friendly and even had the flat ready for us a couple of hours before the usual check in time :D we will definitely be back next year! X

The cottages were ideally located for exploring the south coast of Cornwall and we both had an enjoyable stay. The cottage was accurately described and comfortable and in a nice secluded area. Karl was helpful and was easy to talk to. The cottage was extremely clean and provided all the kitchen facilities that was needed. The beds were comfortable and the linen was fresh and clean. The bathroom was spotless. The only negatives were lack of phone signal and internet however this is what is to be expected in such a rural location. Would certainly recommend the cottages to family and friends.

Kelly was very helpful and gave clear instructions and guidance. The cottage is very well placed for exploring this beautiful area. For the fit and healthy exploring is best on foot as the tiny villages are not geared for cars… car parks tend to be available at the top of hills! A lovely little garden to relax and enjoy the rural view.

Immaculate place with everything you need for a short or long stay, with a very nice welcome pack of food. Great place to watch the Naval boats and beautiful walks on the doorstop. Pace yourself with the steps!!.

Lovely cosy and peaceful stay. Needed aomewhere local for our friend's wedding at Frieda and the Moon. Opted to lenghthen our stay. Nikki was very responsive and gave us clear instructions. Loved the extra touch with providing age appropriate toys for our little one. If you're after a peaceful escape in the countryside of Cornwall, there are some beautiful places to visit on the doorstep, including Looe and Polperro.

Lovely, relaxing stay in a beautiful, comfortable house. Fantastic views over the estuary, which we enjoyed whilst having breakfast on the balcony. As expected for hilly Fowey, the walk back up from town is fairly steep, but still doable for the oldest member of our party. Although there is no parking outside the house, you can park to unload and load, then park in the car park, a short walk up the hill. It's cheaper to pay for the week's parking, rather than pay each day. In all a very enjoyable stay and we'd be delighted to re-visit if we didn't live so far away (in Scotland)

A real privilege to be able to stay in this unique cabin. A perfect fun escape from the bustle of the world. A brilliant balance of luxury and simplicity with breathtaking views. Being able to take my two well-behaved, small dogs was amazing as so many places don’t let them- the blankets provided for them made them welcome and protected the beautiful cabin too. The cabin had everything we needed. A true gem of a place to restore and rebalance. My 17 year old daughter and I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Gorgeous cottage , beautifully renovated . Cosy but functional . Hot tub was lovely to come back to after a long walk . Peaceful location but within easy drive of Fowey . Would definitely come again.
