The structure and furnishings, as much as possible, have remained those of the past. Now the interior looks vintage with recovered objects. The house is cool but a good air conditioning system doesn't hurt! The courtyard is the place where you spend the summer time while in winter we find ourselves in front of the fireplace. All around there are succulent plants and bougainvilleas that hide the outdoor shower and the fig tree of the neighbor whose fruits fall into our space and that we invite you to taste.

The apartment has been recently renovated, consisting of a bedroom, a private bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea.
