Holiday rentals with beach access in Pomonte

There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

The apartment is spacious, very well furnished and equipped: nothing is really missing. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Ghiaie beach. The historic center of Portoferraio is also easily accessible with a pleasant walk. You can park safely along the street. Roberta was a very kind and helpful host. In short, we had a great time and would love to come back!

The view from the apartment is just great 🥰 and both terraces are great for sitting and lingering. We had everything we needed in the apartment and could sleep well (AC is nice and quiet - room also dark enough for the kids) and relax☺️! The way to the beach is short (albeit steep) and there are 2 restaurants where you can eat well or take away. The water is super clear and very quiet and shallow. It is advisable to take a SUP + snorkel equipment with you, otherwise it may be a bit boring. We clearly recommend it!

We had a very nice stay at Marianna's, especially the view and the proximity to the beach were great. The communication was also great and Marianna always answered us quickly.

A fantastic accommodation with magical views of Porto Azzurro. The patio makes this accommodation completely unique. A little strenuous to get to the accommodation as some others have written before, but we can guarantee that it is really worth it. We guess that you who are thinking of visiting this accommodation are on vacation and then you are also in no hurry. Karen as a host is 10/10. Everything from recommendations to providing help. We highly recommend her beach bar Wind & Snack with good food, a magical beach and the opportunity for windsurfing and SUP.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

A wonderful house with beautiful outdoor seating. We felt very comfortable. A beautiful view from the sea and quiet location. We can only recommend it.

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

A great house with a great location to spend a nice time with the family on Elba. The sea can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and there is also a small supermarket in 5 minutes by bike. Cities such as Portoferraio or Porto Azzuro can all be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The house even includes bikes with child seats and a BBQ. The house is very modern and also perfectly divided with the 2 bathrooms. Everything is also very well maintained and everything looks super new. Like I said, everything is perfect.

We have just returned from an unforgettable stay in Capoliveri and we can only say: everything was perfect! The vacation home was a real marvel, with attention to every detail, cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax and feel right at home. A special thank you to Gianfrancesco and Alessandra, two fantastic hosts: kind, helpful and super welcoming. They made us feel welcome from the first moment and were always attentive and present with discretion. It's rare to meet such genuine and warm people! The location of the house is excellent: quiet, immersed in the beauty of Elba but very convenient for reaching the center of Capoliveri and the most beautiful beaches in the area. A true oasis of peace! If you are looking for a holiday home on the Island of Elba that combines quality, tranquility and authentic hospitality, this is the right place. You can only find homes like this there. We will be back soon, we already miss this wonderful island.🙏🏻

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

Blown away, we will be back many times

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)

Apartment in a great location to visit Piombino, very close to Piazza Bovio and the historic center but at the same time with the possibility of parking nearby. Daniele welcomed us for check-in, always starting clearly, we did not need him for the duration of the stay but he had still made himself available.
