Holiday rentals with a patio in Pont-Audemer

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but it is easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 a.m., Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, which was very great. I highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was well beyond our expectations! Everything was conducive to relaxation, and the proximity to restaurants, shopping street, Seine quays… Were perfect. We had a lovely time staying here. We were two adults and four teenagers, and the home was comfortable, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect — just a 15-minute walk to the restaurants in Trouville, either through the backstreets or along the beach. And the view amazing! The only thing I’d suggest is bringing a portable speaker, as there isn’t one in the house. It was the perfect weekend escape. Alain welcomed us warmly and was quick to respond to any questions. We had a great stay, location excellent close to Castle, restaurants and shops. Great boulangerie very close by, with a number of convenience stores nearby. Apartment spacious, very well designed with the great 2nd bedroom which our son really enjoyed. Had the wow factor when we all went into the apartment.

We were in the area for a family reunion and decided to stay with Ludovic. The apartment was very clean and consistent with photos. One advantage that we find significant is having a parking space to park your car in the city center. We will definitely return to Ludovic's apartment if we ever come back to the area.

The stay was very nice. Sophie and Thomas were very flexible and accommodating. I recommend it.

We loved this' 70s style home, tastefully decorated and extremely well maintained. The jacuzzi was a real plus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The host was welcoming and very responsive. Everything was as advertised, or even better! We'll be happy to go back! Thanks for a great experience!

In one word: paradise! In addition to the absolutely extraordinary hospitality and kindness of Albane and Julien, the quality of the cottage and the park that surrounds it, which has marked us the most and which we particularly appreciated is the calm that reigns in this place almost out of time. That being said, enjoying the pool, lunch in the sun, contemplating the river flowing peacefully, listening to the wind in the trees, snuggling into the cocoon that this mill is once dark, also delighted us. It's simple: at the time of writing this review, I hesitate to publish it as the desire to return is strong and the fear that it is available is present.

We were 1 week in Vivian's welcoming house.. Lovely cozy, quiet place in pure nature.. Our residence guide was unpleasant but all the host offered us helped us get over it.. we sincerely recommend Vivian and his family. Women and Asen, Bulgaria

We wanted a place that was outside of a town center. And that is actually what we got. This is an absolutely lovely cottage in the middle of fields. It is a 7min drive to the town of pont l eveque. Here you can find different restaurants, a bakery, butcher and a big supermarket. The cottage has anything you might need, airconditioning in the living room and second bedroom (accessible via the first bedroom) A well stocked kitchen (cutlery, juice press, coffee machine, big fridge and freezer, pots and pans etc.). A big garden, space to park your car. Unfortunately we didn't meet the host but communication with the host was perfect, she was nice and very responsive. Loved this place!!! This is a perfect location for a getaway.

Superb quiet rental with super nice pool! The garden is large and super well maintained. The little extra: animals (horses, biquettes, chickens...) too cute for your children. It is the perfect place to have a good time with the family, to enjoy the pool, the great outdoors and to go to the sea: near Deauville, Trouville ... we even went to Etretat. Tiago is a great host too! We will be back ❤️

Carol was an absolutely amazing host and her house was without a doubt our favourite place we have ever been to! She has great taste so the house is decorated beautifully whilst being lovely and homely. The setting is perfect with lovely food within walking distance but also easily accessible to towns with great restaurants. There was a lovely, quiet forest walk nearby and the garden was nice and secure for our dog. From the beginning Carol was super helpful and friendly and gave us some great recommendations. She helped make our stay the best it could be and was the perfect host. We cannot thank her enough for having us stay in her beautiful house and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a stunning home and setting.

Anthony’s place is in the perfect location for Honfleur. You can walk to everything, and the patio lovely. Perfect for two adults and two kids, but it would be too cramped with more than two adults.

Superb apartment, perfectly located between the port and the beach, all the shops downstairs from the residence. Sunset views! Perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends, we highly recommend it.

Ideally located apartment, away from the noise of the city. In 10/15 minutes you can be in the center of Deauville, the beach, the ferry to Trouville, the shops! Perfect hostess, attentive to vacationers, with attentions in the reception. I highly recommend this beautiful brand new apartment.

Awesome. Studio in the hyper-center. Close trade, beach, casino. Very well decorated and functional. Our hostess was patient (sorry for the delay), friendly and discreet once all the information was provided. We recommend, oh yes!

Very good place to stay that we'll be back with pleasure! Jeanne was very nice, accommodating and the different check-in and check-out formalities were done quickly. Nearby tram and a private parking space provided which is a big plus. Free parking just next door if needed.

I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in recent weeks in Caen for business trips and this one is probably the best value for money Very convenient proximity to Monoprix and Biocoop as well as the city center, I recommend it.
