A quiet, independent apartment, ideally located on the lower ground floor of a recent family home, in the heart of Gruyère. Peace and quiet, views, amenities (wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, games, books about the region, bed/changing table/high chair, yoga mat, binoculars...).

This peaceful apartment offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends. South-facing, a 5-10 minute walk from the village of Charmey and the ski lifts, it includes 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and desk, one with 2 single beds, sofa and large TV), a shower room with toilet, a fitted kitchen with dining area, and a terrace with panoramic views. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a chalet and is accessible via an interior staircase (no lift).

The property has a private garden overlooking the surrounding peaks. We can make available on request a high chair, a bed umbrella, a washing machine. We live on the upper floor of the cottage and remain available when needed, while respecting your tranquility.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.
