This studio is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the building that was once the Hotel Les Dunes. Access is via the garden and a shared staircase. Composed of 2 rooms, it is equipped with a kitchenette. La Résidence has an enclosed garden. It is located at equal distance (less than 5 minutes walk) between the beach and what is called "small strike" on the river side. You can also see the river from your windows and the colors of the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet.

Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...
