We loved our stay. The apartment is right next to a big Pingo Doce, which was great for us. Bedrooms and living room with sea view. Spacious apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Great location to visit the whole island. I highly recommend

The house is more than enough for two people. All clean and tidy and equipped tbm,even debuting. It is close to the shopping centre and quite quiet. We like the stay very much 😃

My two friends and I had a lovely week in this place. The apartment is clean, functional and nice. The neighborhood isn't great but people are very nice. A little noise on the street but can't hear windows closed anymore. Very well located, we traveled on foot to get to the city center, to the botanical gardens and parks. Lots of food shops nearby which is super convenient. I would recommned this property 😌 Florine

Great location, beautiful view. The house was very clean and the welcome package of local assortments was a really nice touch. Communication was super smooth as well as the check in and out. Since we stayed for a week, they even cleaned the place in the middle!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone exploring the island.

Staying at Claudia’s place was an absolute dream. The space was spotless and welcoming, but what truly set it apart was the breathtaking garden—truly a Garden of Eden on earth. Everywhere you turned, there were blooming flowers and fruit and vegetable trees, creating a peaceful, magical atmosphere. Claudia’s thoughtful gesture of offering fresh eggs was the cherry on top. We only wish we had more time to soak it all in. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil, nature-filled retreat!

A 10 out of 10, the accommodation is really nice, cozy, Susana and Jorge are wonderful people, a real pleasure to have met them, super attentive, they recommended many places to visit, eat, they made sure that everything was to our liking, the truth is we hope to return to the island, which is beautiful and obviously will be our first option where to stay, grateful to them and to the house, we fell in love 😍

A great and unique place to stay! Beautifully maintained. Given the age of the house, the wind can be heard/felt on windy/stormy days. This takes some getting used to. Please know that the house is situated in a beautiful park, with keys to access the park after opening hours. On the lake you can use kayaks, and there are also kids bikes in the shed.

This is the best place to stay in all of the Azores! The owners are the nicest people and have literally equipped the apartment with everything you could possibly need to make your stay on the island enjoyable. It is absolutely perfect for families as they even had toys, a baby bed, high chair, and rocking chair prepared for us. There is parking right in front of the complex, and it was super quiet. The hosts give you total privacy as we only saw them at check in and checkout, even though they lived right next door. They were also super responsive via the AirBNB chat for anything we needed. The apartment itself was also a perfect spot for making day trips because it's right in the middle of the island and only 15-minutes to most things in Punta Delgado. It was also so much bigger than it looked in the pictures. I thought it was just a studio apartment, but the kitchen is actually in a separate room. The bread and eggs were so thoughtful and made this a ten thousand star stay! :)

We felt right at home with Jéssica. When we arrived at the accommodation, we were greeted with wine, delicious cheese, fruits and more. The place was as described and clean. The apartment is well located, you have your peace, shopping facilities are available and everything is easily accessible by car. Unfortunately, the oven had problems and Jéssica had a new one installed the very next day. The communication was very good and we were always helped quickly. Unfortunately, the bed is a bit uncomfortable, the rest was perfect. We enjoyed the time very much.

This house was in a great location, easy to get anywhere in the island. It was a convenient space with room for a family of 3 adults to spread out and has a great communal space as well. It was really nice to have a garage to park our rental car. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals and a grocery store right down the road. Check-in was flexible and we were greeted, given a quick tour, and left with the keys. The beach was a quick walk down the road and a path and we were the only ones there! I recommend this rental to anyone coming to Sao Miguel.

We had a very nice time in Felicia's cottage. It is close to the city but at the same time completely in the countryside. We loved sitting outside with the sound of the river in the background. The cottage is spacious, has a nice kitchen and a lovely shower. Should we ever return to Sao Miguel, we will definitely come here again!

The space matched the photos. In addition to being a very beautiful accommodation, it was tidy and clean. Our stay was very pleasant, with great comfort (extremely comfortable beds), and a very central location (all within a distance of less than 10 min by foot.) I highly recommend this Accommodation. We were extremely pleased.

Eduardo was a great host. He greeted us personally, to explain all the comforts of the apartment and make us some recommendations about the island, what to do and where to eat. As for the apartment: clean, with all amenities and very cozy. Centrally located and public parking next door.

We had a incredible stay at Francisco’s. The ocean view from the apartment was gorgeous, we enjoyed sitting out there in the morning and evenings. The video instructions made everything super clear and easy. He also gave us great recommendations and was very responsive when we had questions. The location is perfect: so close to a great village, swimming spot and a 15 minute drive to the airport. It was easy to get everywhere on the island from there. We Hope to return again soon!

Place feels safe. It's located in a private neighborhood with automatic fence. Dedicated private parking spot is under a roof so the car is extra secure. Few minutes by car from the city center. Apartment was really large, and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

Such a bargain for a delightfully decorated apartment with an incredible view and a hot tub on the terrace!!! The area was peaceful and stunning and the apartment had everything you could need! Definitely recommend :)

Fantastic location to visit the whole island. The on-site parking is undoubtedly an added value and the apartment has everything necessary to make us feel comfortable. Corresponded in everything and the quality-price ratio is wonderful. I will recommend it, no doubt.

We really enjoyed our stay at Andre’s place. It is located in a great location in walking distance to stores restaurants and entertainment. The pool onsite is nice especially when traveling with an infant. The apartment was nice and clean and is equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.
