With its typical character and comfortable interior, the house is a perfect place to spend a quiet holiday and enjoy nature. This 80 m2 house is composed of a large living room, with a large fireplace, an equipped open kitchen, plus a dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet.

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to Lake Parentis and close to shops (200 m from a supermarket). Located on the Velodyssée bike path. It is a 30 square meter accommodation, composed of a large cozy room with a 160 bed, a dining area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. You benefit from a sheltered space to attach your bikes, a parking space for cars.

We are in border of the cycle path, in front of the tennis club. Your studio is fully equipped with all confort. On option the spa and swimming pool are accessible.
