Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Renovated Landes sheepfold in a typical one-hectare airial, planted with century-old oaks. The house is 10 minutes from the lakes and 20 minutes from the ocean (Mimizan Plage). With its typical character and comfortable interior, the house is a perfect place to spend a quiet holiday and enjoy nature. This 80 m2 house is composed of a large living room, with a large fireplace, an equipped open kitchen, plus a dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet.

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

This family property has an extraordinary view of the arcachon basin, its location in a dominant position gives your cabin a sense of exclusivity and well-being. The pine forest on one side, the basin to the rhythm of the tides on the other, here is an ideal setting to recharge your batteries as close to nature as possible. Attention ! Please note that there is no kitchen but only a microwave, a mini bar and a Nespresso machine. Dishes are available for you.

Come and stay in the Mazerolle treehouse. Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude. Perched 7 meters high, it will seduce you with its stunning views of the surrounding oak and pine treetops. Accessible by a staircase, it can accommodate 4 people.
