Holiday rentals with beach access in Poole

We had a fantastic stay at Nicholas’ place. The property was located in a quiet area, within walking distance to beaches, the ferry and local cafes and restaurants. The property itself was spotless, and had lots of space (we were a family of 4). Check in was straightforward and we really appreciated the treats that Nicholas left on arrival. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Thank you!

Beautifully decorated throughout and very spacious , lovely stay and close by to all amentities , within walking distance to the town, beach & BIC. Great place to stay with family & friends. Places to eat near by if you do not want to venture far. Definetly would recommend and I am sure we will be back.

This penthouse is HEAVEN!!!! It's so bright and airy and has so much room, my daughter and I never wanted to leave. Everything worked perfectly and the beds were some of the softest, most wonderful mattresses I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. We hope to be back ASAP!!!

Fabulous location , excellent accommodation, looks exactly like the pictures , very attentive host , comfortable beds and good quality linens. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again !

Great location, lots of lovely little touches which really made me feel welcome. Loved the monkey curtain holder in the bedroom! I’d definitely use again.

Craig's place was just as lovely as the images. Craig was proactive and accommodating too. All in all, I would rate it a 5-star experience and would come back again! One thing that stood out for me was that the supplies Craig had were what you would actually use at your own home. It's the small things that I tend to carry but did not need to bring - like my own handwash or toilet roll. Everything Craig stocked, was good quality. He even had 2 working fans in both the rooms. Loved the experience inside the house. The place was a walking distance from the beach, yet, close to the high street (but secluded enough). So, loved the experience outside the house too. I visited with my husband and elderly parents, so the staircase and the single beds were a little inconvenient for us, but honestly, the place is lovely for a young family.

We enjoyed our stay at Lucy's house. The house is spacious and clean, and is well located with lots of shops and amenities close by. Communication from Lucy was excellent throughout and she was most helpful at all times.

Our third visit to this well positioned and well kept property. When we first saw its position on an estate and as a terraced property we were worried about noise but we couldn't have been more wrong and found no disturbances apart from a little road noise at the back of the house. Very easy walk to several beaches and a convenient park close by to walk the dog on arrival and before leaving.

Ideal location to the Quay and everything we wanted. We've had the privilege of living in Poole before and so we knew the area well. The house was very clean and provided everything we wanted. As stated in the description, the parking access to the back of the property is very tight but we managed to get one average sized car round there.

Caroline is a wonderful host and her home was beautiful, we instantly felt at home shortly after checking in. Was perfect! Caroline was also on hand whenever we needed her and always responded to messages as quickly as she could. The home was a lovely size and there is nothing to be faulted with this beautiful home and lovely host. Would absolutely stay in the property again if it meant we could meet Caroline again and experience the at home feeling we had this weekend. 100% would recommend booking a stay at this lovely home, you would not be disappointed at all! We had such a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our stay, really spacious, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was great and the house was so close to the beach (less than 5 min walk). Aimee and Paul were really helpful and responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend booking a stay here!

The house is in a great location and neighborhood, beautiful views of the sea with the beach a 5 minute walk, there is even a lift down to the beach if needed. House was well equipped, very clean with clear instructions. Lots to do with great walks and shops nearby. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time in a very comfortable house with a great location!

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. The village is lovely and the cottage is so close to the Square and Compass pub. Very comfortable accommodation and the views are amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. We really got lucky when we booked this place. Right between the beach and the high street, and inside was perfect. Plenty of space for two kids and thoughtfully set up also for our dog. Just was waiting for us when we arrived and made sure we were fully set up. We’d love to come back some time!

Great location for exploring Bournemouth and the surrounding areas, free parking included was a huge bonus. Apartment was spotlessly clean, everything has been thought of for your stay. Check in and out was simple and well explained, all communication with Steve were excellent, Finally the balcony was a lovely area to sit out in the sunshine till the evening. Would stay again if in the area

Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.

Sam's place was beautiful. My friends and I loved every moment at her place! The location and view is stunning, just a few minutes away from the beach and many other great spots. The apartment is so peaceful and spacious and the perfect place to wind down and relax. A perfect stay, we can't wait to visit again!

I’ve stayed at this property before many years ago when it was first listed so this was a return trip because of how good it was the first time. It’s great to see its still in exactly the same condition it was all those years ago. Is quite simply one of the most beautiful apartments there is. The location is incredible and it has been decorated with such care and thought. The photos don’t really do it justice even though they are great too. It’s a place you will visit and think “ I would love to live here” Modern with a hint of style overlooking the sea, you can’t really ask for anything more. A lovely touch of being able to check out later was the icing on absolutely wonderful trip. This one isn’t to be missed!

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.
