You will have access to all the amenities within my apartment from the tv, sound systems and WiFi to the whole kitchen, dishwasher and washer dryer. The apartment is set up to cater for anyone ranging from couples wanting a break away, small groups visiting Dorset to business people who want to feel at home

It also benefits from it’s own private driveway (parking for 1 medium sized car) - If you have a large car, or want to bring a 2nd car, the council car park is just a 2 minute walk away, located on CASTLE Street. The house benefits from 2 outside spaces-Private Courtyard & Roof Terrace.

From here you can easily get to Studland over the chain ferry or via bus and explore the beautiful golden sandy beaches and restaurants.

Bournemouth and Sandbanks are a 25 minute walk along the promenade. Bus stop at the end of the road will take you to Bournemouth and the Purbecks.

The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.
