La signora Annalisa è stata molto gentile e disponibile con me nonostante il ritardo per problematiche lavorative. L'alloggio è eccellente e fornito di qualsiasi cosa serva. Ci tornerò sicuramente anche il prossimo anno se possibile.

Vera Marta è una persona squisita, la casa impeccabile per pulizia e ordine. Luogo tranquillo, lo consiglio vivamente! Se torneremo in zona non esiteremo ad alloggiare nuovamente qui.

Vielen Dank Nello! Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Guia.. die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das haben wir vorher selten so gesehen. Die Wäsche hat toll gerochen, die Küche war für wirklich alle Bedürfnisse ausgestattet, die gesamte Wohnung hat geglänzt, es war alles für ein kleines feines Frühstück vorhanden, das mobile Klimagerät hat getan was es sollte und die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Weinberge war einfach traumhaft. Es hat einfach alles gepasst, Nello war immer erreichbar und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Terrasse! Bequeme Betten, tolle Ausstattung. Es gibt alles, was man braucht und mehr. Irca und ihr Mann sind liebevolle Gastgeber und sind für alle Anfragen offen. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, kommen wir sicher gerne nochmal vorbei!

Der Check-in war einfach und absolut unkompliziert. Das Haus entsprach genau den Bildern und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Ausstattung – sowohl die Küche als auch die Bäder waren hervorragend eingerichtet und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick aus dem Garten ist wunderschön und der Whirlpool war ein echtes Highlight – super angenehm und entspannend. Auch die Gastgeber waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und haben immer sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 😊😊

Es ist einfach nur schön und wir hoffen irgendwann noch einmal Zeit dort verbringen zu dürfen. Wir haben Ariannas Hilfe während des Aufenthalts nicht benötigt wussten aber nach dem ersten Kontakt sofort das Sie immer sofort helfen wird wenn Unterstützung benötigt wird. Es fiel uns schwer den Haustürschlüssel abzugeben . Mehr geht nicht! Grazie🙋‍♂️☀️😃🍀🍀😘

Wunderschöne Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht – große Töpfe, eine große Pfanne und noch vieles mehr. Es gibt sogar eine Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kapseln. Sehr, sehr großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfelspender und kühlem Wasser. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und technisch top – TV mit Soundsystem und Google Sprachsteuerung. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig und ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet – Shampoo, Duschgel und sogar ein Glätteisen sind vorhanden. Extremer Pluspunkt sind die gratis Sonnenliegen mit Schirm. Der Weg zum Strand ist ebenfalls sehr kurz. Weiter zu erwähnen ist der vorhandene Parkplatz für Leute, die mit dem Auto anreisen. Auch der Austausch mit Alberto war jederzeit möglich. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt wäre die Schlafcouch, aber angesichts all der anderen positiven Aspekte kann man darüber leicht hinwegsehen.

I frequently stay in Airbnb accommodations due to my work, and Stefan's apartment is undoubtedly one of the best I've experienced. The apartment is spacious and offers a high degree of privacy. It also features a large underground garage, and the surrounding neighbors are both quiet and friendly. The bed is comfortable, and the presence of a gas stove is a welcome rarity these days. The shower is excellent as well. I found no faults during my stay. I highly recommend Stefan's place and will certainly book it again when I return to the area.

Posto incantevole. Facile da trovare, comodo all’ospedale ma anche al centro cittadino! La casa è completamente ristrutturata, cucina spettacolare ma il pezzo forte è il bagno. Ampio, comodo, nuovissimo e la vasca con idromassaggio! Dopo una giornata a girare pordenone con una lieve pioggerellina, vi assicuro che è stato magico! Tornerei domani!

Pięknie urządzone mieszkanie, Elizabeth zadbała o każdy szczegół, ma swój styl. Wyposażone we wszystko co niezbędne do spędzenia urlopu. Ma miejsce w zamykanym garażu, gospodarz informuje, że nie jest przystosowane do parkowania długim samochodem, mimo to mnie udało się zaparkować autem o długości 4,63 m :). Gospodarz bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny. Gorąco polecam.

L'appartamento fa parte di un tranquillo complesso condominiale situato al centro di Refrontolo, è pulito e in ordine, lo spazio è adatto per due persone, ricco di accessori e comfort. Dispone in un posto auto riservato al coperto. Nelle vicinaze si possono ammirare meravigliosi panorami di verdi colline e visitare innumerevoli cantine di prosecco. La signora Luigina è stata gentile e disponibile a fornirci ogni utile informazione. Ottima esperienza,

Seconda volta che soggiorno da Alessia. Persona super meravigliosa. Adoro soggiornare qui per la tranquillità e la pace intorno. Ci siamo rilassati molto in questo giorni. Appartamento spazioso e completo di tutto con un bellissimo giardinetto. Macchina in strada ma la zona è molto ma molto tranquilla e vicinissima alla struttura. In pochissimo tempo sei in centro a Marano che è raggiungibile anche a piedi. Supermercato nelle vicinanze e ristoranti. Marano inoltre è un paese molto caratteristico e bello. Ma questa volta avevamo due gattoni che ci davano il buongiorno e ci facevamo compagnia quando volevano ( gattara come sono per me è il paradiso❤️). grazie di tutto Alessia come sempre .. alla prossima...

One can see why Francesca is a superhost. She is an excellent communicator on all levels and is also a warm and gracious person. The apartment was everything that you could hope for— peaceful and quiet and yet in the center of the historic area; spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and everything in the kitchen was perfect. One side had a view of the river and the other side a small square, where we enjoyed watching the locals come and go about their daily lives. As one reviewer stated, it was like staying in an upscale boutique hotel without the high prices. Treviso is a beautiful city and is very walkable, especially without the ups and downs of hills that are so common in some of our other favorite Italian towns. We stayed for a week and in spite of a lot of rain, we loved every minute of it. Thank you, Francesca.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in einer wunderbar erhaltenen alten Villa, mehr italienisches Flair geht nicht. Liebevolle Details haben das Bild noch abgerundet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, auch ein kurzfristiger früherer Check-in wurde spontan möglich gemacht. Wir fühlten uns ausgezeichnet betreut, die Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Absolut empfehlenswert - Wir kommen gerne wieder!

There’s two types of people that own Airbnb’s. The first is a business owner that doesn’t care and the second is a husband and wife that put their heart and soul into their house and their existence. Luca is such a person with his wife. They are fantastic. Just like coming home after not seeing your parents for several years. Not only were they polite, but they had everything that you could possibly want to make your stay so enjoyable from the extras in the kitchen to a weapon size wine opener. Truly a wonderful feeling they give in a wonderful place. The location is stunning. And near everything you want to do, I cannot think of a better Time I’ve had at an Airbnb. It’s like your home for a couple days. It’s wonderful. Highly recommended.

Host preciso e puntuale. appartamento in ordine e pulito. faceva molto caldo, ma l'aria condizionata ha aiutato. lavagna in ingresso con istruzioni chiare e dettagliate. facilita di accesso e parcheggio, ottimo punto per visitare i dintorni. peluche in omaggio per i bambini, possibilità di acquistare in loco piccoli regali hand made. consigliatissimo.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis prima. Alles war super. Wer damit rechnen kann, dass man 25-30 Minuten zum Strand fahren muss, kann ruhig hier buchen. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig. Carla spricht nur italienisch, ist aber super freundlich und mühsam.

Our first trip to Pordenone from the U.S. to visit American friends living here. Our friends have booked many places for various friends to stay; they were quite impressed with our choice of Alessandro's Air BnB and said we made a good choice. The place was nicely cleaned. We loved that it had air conditioning. Alessandro was accommodating with an early arrival due to our international flight). His mother met us to let us in and although there was a bit of a language barrier we felt the hospitality coming from her. She communicated well enough for us to understand everything we needed to know. We were an easy enough walk to the city center for delicious meals, and to the train station for an excursion to Venice. Our hosts were available for questions and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend staying here!
