Holiday rentals with a patio in Pordenone

Wir sind mit dem Zug angekommen und waren schnell in der ruhigen Wohnung, die in einer freundlichen Wohngegend liegt. Wir haben einen angenehmen Schleichweg entdeckt, dazu muss man am Bahnhof den Ausgang Richtung St. Zeno nehmen. Die Wohnung ist sowohl komfortabel als auch praktisch. Wir sind immer zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum gegangen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit, uns wurde sogar gestattet, später als vereinbart auszuchecken.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dem charmanten Häuschen von Maurizio! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und hatte ein besonderes Flair, das sie wirklich einzigartig machte. Besonders toll war der Pool zur Alleinnutzung - perfekt zum Abkühlen und dank Whirlpool-Funktion zum Entspannen. Das riesige Grundstück mit großem Garten bot jede Menge Platz für unsere Kinder zum Spielen. Es gibt auch einen Grillplatz. Unser Gastgeber war super freundlich, wohnte direkt nebenan, aber hat uns dennoch immer unsere Privatsphäre gelassen. Bei Fragen war er jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls haben wir von ihm sehr gute Tipps zu Restaurants und Aktivitäten erhalten. Die Lage war ideal für uns - sowohl Strandtage als auch Stadtausflüge waren problemlos möglich. Besonders angenehm: wir konnten direkt auf dem Grundstück parken, was das Auto sicher machte. Insgesamt ein traumhafter Aufenthalt für Familien oder Paare, die Ruhe und viel Platz genießen wollen. Wir kommen wieder!

Unspektakulär aber gut, sauber und zentral gelegen. Eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür. Kleines Minus: Um auf den Balkon zu kommen muss man durchs Bad.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr großen Terrasse und einem traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und war sehr sauber. Ein eigener Parkplatz und ein eigener Strand waren noch eine tolle Zugabe. Linda war immer hilfreich und hat uns unterstützt. Wir haben jeden Tag in der Wohnung genossen.

La mia recensione è super positiva. La casa di Alessio è molto pulita, accogliente e ha tutto il necessario per soggiornarvi. Davanti all'alloggio sono presenti diversi parcheggi. È inoltre molto vicina al centro di Treviso, che si può raggiungere in macchina o con il bus che ferma davanti a casa. La zona è tranquilla e poco trafficata, vicina anche a diversi supermercati. Una menzione particolare va ad Alessio: professionalità, cordialità e disponibilità lo contraddistinguono! Consiglierei a tutti di soggiornare da lui.

Berto was a great host, very responsive and friendly. He insisted on helping us with our luggages during check in and came specially to help us when we checked out. The help was much appreciated as the unit was on the 3rd floor. He knew we were traveling with a toddler and had gone out of his way to stock the fridge with fruits that my toddler could enjoy. The unit is spacious with two bedrooms, so it is highly recommended if traveling in a bigger group. However, it can get quite warm in this summer weather because there was only one air conditioning unit. The standing fan in the room helped, though.

Laura’s place was perfect. The town was so beautiful, lovely to walk through. I would highly recommend staying!

Ich habe 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem räumigen, lichtdurchfluteten Haus von Viviana verbracht. Nun schon zum zweiten Mal. Es fehlt an nichts, und zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar. Viviana ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin, und man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause.

Nicola is an exceptional host! Not only was the house clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as it was described in the pictures, but we also felt right at home due to his friendliness and kindness. He is always willing to help, providing any information he can about the house, means of getting there, recommendations for sights and restaurants, etc. The house is very organised and clean, with a beautiful garden to relax. The neighbourhood is quiet, but very close to the center with all the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Thanks for this amazing experience!

This villa is fantastic - it was build in 1965 and the style is well preserved, the massive, wooden window blinds and the furniture inside breath history and make you feel at home! The place is definitively not „downtown“ but very remote and private which makes it ideal for a family or friends who just want to stay away from „it all“ and enjoy a gorgeous view over the Prosecco hills into the alps as well as towards the lagoon of Venice. The tranquility of this place makes it a great location for shorter or longer break. The hosts are extremely friendly, their hospitality was excellent and they made you feel like almost like royal guests on their premises. Side note: the villa is located in one of the areas of the Andreola winery which makes it a very suitable location when you like Proseccco…

The farmhouse was fantastic, neat and clean, cool on hot days, roomy and just wonderful. We didn't realize that transportation would be such a big deal...we rented a car for a week, but were too scared to drive, so were quite dependent on our family to drive us around - highly recommend renters get a car! But overall, the place is a total delight...the visiting grandkids and their dog loved running around the huge yard, the place is *quiet*, the storks and ibis amazing and we even saw a big jackrabbit. Thank you soo much, Manuel, for your kindness hosting us.

Amazing stay with lovely hosts who did a great job of introducing me to the location and explaining how to best use the Airbnb. They provide so many little amenities in the apartment that truly make you feel comfortable and taken care of. My favorite part of the place was definitely the view from the balcony. Wish I had had more time to stay here, mil grazie Luciana!

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paola et Roberto. C'est un couple charmant et très accueillant. Ils nous ont accueillis à l'aéroport ce qui est un plus, important. La maison est magnifique dans un quartier calme et agréable. Ils nous ont été de bons conseils pour les transports en commun. Nous les recommandons vivement, vous ne le regretterez pas. Nous reviendrons surement rendre visite à Paola et Roberto. Un grand Merci encore Paola et Roberto

Gli host sono stati veramente cordiali e hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Molto ospitali anche con il mio molosso e gli hanno pure fatto un regalo di benvenuto!!!! Sempre a disposizione e molto gentili. Ambiente confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto fornito di tutto. Mancavano solo le bustine di camomilla!!!! Abbiamop trovato in bagno anche i saponi e shampoo dedicati ai bambini!!!!! Top Top Top

the hosts are really friendly and checked in on us via message. we were always able to reach them if we would have needed something. they send clear instructions for check in. we felt really welcome. overall it was a great stay and Barbara and Maurizio are really great hosts. if we visit jesolo again we will come back.

Ubytování velmi doporučujeme. Skvělá poloha, na pláži a zároveň v centrální ulici Jesola Via Bafile. Pekárna, obchody i restaurace hned vedle. Parkování přímo před vchodem. Apartmán byl perfektně uklizený, dostatečné množství voňavých ručníků i ložního prádla. Co se vybavení týče, najdete zde snad vše, na co si vzpomenete- fén na vlasy, lékárnička, termofor, deky, polštáře, pračka, sušák na prádlo, dětská postýlka a židlička, toustovač, topinkovač, kávovar, myčka, televize.. a mnoho dalšího Alessandro je přátelský hostitel, který rád se vším poradí. Rádi tento apartmán doporučujme, hodnotím 10/10. 👍🏻

Casa meravigliosa e host perfetto. Non manca assolutamente nulla e trovare da bere al fresco nel frigo fa L differenza. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema e Alessandro è stato molto disponibile. Consiglio vivamente anche per visitare Treviso e Venezia

A casa da Claudia é um encanto, tudo muito caprichado e organizada e a Claudia é muito querida, foi bastante atenciosa comigo e com a minha família. Recomendo fortemente que se hospedem nessa casa.
