A few minutes' walk to the center of Pornic, our apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a pretty residence. Facing south east with views of the golf course & pool, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace. Fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge) and comfortable (sleeps 5: 1 master bedroom (1 double bed) and 3 beds in mezzanine)

In the popular district of Gourmalon, close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso (partner rates for my guests😁), the Source beach and the magnificent Chemin des Douaniers. Ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything!

It is located 30 meters from Porteau Beach, 1.2 km from Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer and 3 km from Pornic. Guests can park their car in the beach parking lot, located in front of the house.
