This small cottage in Vendée combines nature and tranquility. it has been recently renovated on a 3500 m² plot that is completely closed and secure. It is decorated with a private enclosed garden, with its barbecue area. It is located 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vendée: Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or Noirmoutier, 45 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 85 km from Le Puy du Fou. We are 2.5 km from the village with all its shops and restaurants.

Welcome to Chant des Pierres - Entre Terre et Mer. La Ganache is a cottage on our 8000m2 wooded lot, where our house is located, adjoining the second gite Les Mirettes. Green cottage and close to the sea, you will share with La Ganache: 1 heated outdoor pool (from mid-June to mid-September), 1 games room with pool and board games, 1 library veranda, table tennis table, hammock, adult and child bikes + baby seat, vegetable garden, animals (sheep, chickens, cows and cats)

Secluded property, by the sea, Natura 2000 protected area, just 2.5 km from the train station and the center of Les Moutiers with local shops and 15 min from the old port of Pornic and supermarkets.

Ideally located at the gates of La Baule, you will appreciate the calm and family environment, the indoor swimming pool (close the 30 septembre until may), as well as the bowling alley for pétanque lovers and the children's play area. Distance from La Baule beach: 2.5km, 10 minutes by bike, 30 minutes on foot

La Gage is a vast waterfront estate dating back to 1900. located 2 steps from the large sandy beach of Saint Brevin the Ocean and the city center. In its wooded garden, with secure swimming pool, accommodation of 2 adjoining outbuildings are offered for rent: one of 25m² and the other of 15m² each offering a bedroom and a bathroom . A large, well-equipped covered outdoor kitchen is at your disposal on the terraced terrace between the 2 cottages.

Cottage located on a large wooded lot not far from the terrace of our house. View of the ruins of our old mill. At the back is a large 4 ha plot where some biker friends enjoy coming to lay their canvases in the summer. You can enjoy all the space available.
