It was great staying. The host was quick and responsive in communication. The check-in was smooth and the place was clean and beautiful. Little bit issue was with the heating. It was tough to control the heat at the house. So the house was warmer than we expected. And we could not able to reduce the heating. The host can create a clear manual for the heating control and light control at the house as its app based.

We stayed at Petter’s place for a family trip with 4 adults and a baby. It was a lovely and peaceful spot with some woodland walks nearby. It’s also only 15 minute drive to the coastal town of Holmestrand. They have a pig and two dogs and the farm adjacent has several horses. There is a lodger living downstairs who kept to herself. The house was clean and tidy and nicely decorated, as per the photos. We didn’t meet Petter but he had good communication and was flexible in allowing us to check out slightly later. Many thanks!

Great, lovingly furnished cottage in a quiet area. You feel immediately comfortable and Anne-Mette is a very attentive, well-prepared and uncomplicated hostess. She likes to give tips on activities and takes time for her guests. I 100% recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at Svenn’s Airbnb. The apartment was clean and very well decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped. Ideal place for 2-3 people to stay, with a massive table which could host even more! Svelvik was a good place to explore southern Norway from- would recommend the walks from Spiralen and Drammen Sauna. We also walked up to Damvann lake from the apartment which was very beautiful and peaceful!

This was our third stay at Tina's house. The house is very nice. Tina is always pleasant and responds quickly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peter’s charming cabin. The house is full of character with antique furniture and a cozy wood stove. Slept great on the comfortable double bed. Peter is very hospitable and gave us great ideas for walks in the forest and on the nearby island of Risoya. Would highly recommend a stay at Peter’s for a relaxing getaway.

Great stay in the house. The host was quick to respond when there was an error message on the pool and he quickly came to the place and fixed it. Delightful heated pool. Quiet and peaceful area with short distance to the sea.

Really loved this cabin. Nicely decorated with an amazing heated pool which the kids loved. 5 minute walk to Nevlunghavn which has 2/3 restaurants and great cafe with ice cream. Very picturesque. 5 minute drive to Helgeroa The cabin is private and really done to a high standard. Bedrooms are nice, good kitchen with everything you’d need and great living room with a view to the sea. Large terrace and great area around the pool Inger was a really helpful and friendly host. Our flight was diverted to gardermoen and she researched the best way for us to travel back to the cabin. Would really recommend staying here. We had a great time!

We stayed with Stefan as a family with 2 children (10 and 15) for a week. For us, it was the first time in Norway. Stefan welcomed us warmly and guided us through the house. The description of the place is already very meaningful, but it does not in the least reflect how the view into the distance of the fjord from the living and dining area feels: breathtaking! The huge house really lacks nothing. The children loved the terrace and especially the pool. The evenings at the fire pit were also really very nice. There is also a guitar in the living room, which our son liked very much. The Telemark region also offers something for everyone, from water sports to hiking to fabulous places. We recommend a hike on the Gygrestolen⛰️, a visit to the Trollfoss 💦waterfall but also the coastal towns of Langesund, Kragerø, Arendal and Kristiansand. We will 🇳🇴 miss Norway . Nice apartment and everything we need was there.

Family of 7 (2 adults and 5 children aged 9-14) who lived in the house on a sunny summer week. 🌞 Spacious and well-maintained home in well-established and peaceful neighborhood. Large and nice outdoor area with many sun hours 🌞 Cozy nature adjacent to the garden. We were visited by a great deer w/calf in the morning 🦌 Well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need. The smallest kids had a good time in the pool. We recommend the place to Ståle and Elin to anyone who wants a quiet and nice place for both adults and children 👌

I love this place so much! The other reviews are right, it's nicer than it looks in the photos. The THREE different patios with that gorgeous view of the water, the lovely walk down to the beach from the house, and a bright, airy, and well-designed home with beautiful views from every window made this such a peaceful stay.

We had four wonderful days here. A lovely and idyllic place, sheltered and peaceful. Had such a great time that we extended our planned stay. Rolf always responded quickly and was very nice. Highly recommended.

We had a great time. The cottage is small, but equipped with every comfort. It is very nice and quiet at the end of a dead-end private road. If you like peace and quiet and love the sounds of nature, this is a dealer place to stay. Jules and Lineke

We had a lovely couple of nights, it’s a very peaceful and tranquil spot. Inga couldn’t have been more helpful and took us up to the most stunning view point and gave us great advice on places to visit. The boat house is great, right on the water but is a good 15 minutes walk from the main house. Unfortunately the kayak had sunk so no boat available. Beware of the mosquitoes and midges on the walk to and from the boat house! Wonderful stay and a perfect place to unwind and get a taste of the Norwegian coastal countryside.

The cabin was even cozier than in the pictures and set a perfect setting for two families with small children who had not seen each other in a long time. The large outdoor area is an extension of the living room, on all four sides of the cabin. There is sitting furniture set out throughout the property, so it is always possible to find a place with sun/ in the shelter. You've really managed to create a mix of Norwegian cabin meets California and the Gold Coast. We will go as far as to say this is the cabin we would buy if we should buy a 😃 Thank you very much for the opportunity to make such great memories ☀️

Beautiful little cottage, with a very nice view. Nice location with hiking opportunities right outside the door. Plus, you can bring your dog on request.
