Døvika is located at the end of Eidangerfjorden. Here you can really relax and enjoy the sun and the view. There are large patios/porch with garden furniture. There is a furnished garden room. Located in the middle between Skien and Porsgrunn. 100m to bus stop, 300m to shop and good parking opportunities. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has very little traffic. You park right at the front door and the electric car charger (type 2) is ready for use. Code lock on door for easy access. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating.
