Charming house, functional, bright, quiet and close to large beaches and dunes. Enclosed land, sheltered from the wind and very well exposed. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, bar, children's games and deckchairs to relax in the best possible way :) Beach and dune access is safe for children. Our house is in a small estate, very quiet, our close neighbors are rarely present. PLEASE NOTE, linens not provided (towels and sheets).

Quiet and dunes

In this seaside resort of Carteret, you will find this lovely apartment for a pleasant stay. It is a 15-minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes by car. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchen and sitting area overlooking a private garden. A tennis court and a basketball court are available in the residence. Many walks from the accommodation: dunes, villages, beaches, ports... Nicolas and Béatrice wish you a nice stay.

Sciotot: The small house – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.
