It is a quiet residential area with lots of trees & mountain view, only mins from shopping, restaurants, aquatic & rec centres, lakes, ocean & more. Skytrain, WCE & bus station is less than 10 min walk or 5 min drive away giving quick easy access to Downtown Vancouver & surrounding cities. I look forward to meeting & hosting you in my home. 3 bedroom suite in luxurious neighborhood

This beautiful 3 bedroom guest suite (basement), with over 1200 sq ft has its own private entrance. Our home is on a higher ground and there are 22 steps required to walk up to the guest suite! The suite has well equipped kitchen for your cooking needs, laundry and you will have access to high speed internet and over 300 tv channels. It is close and accessible to the highway. Vancouver is only a 25 minutes drive. Our neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and very scenic.

Starlight Poolside Suite is a perfect one-bedroom guest suite in my detached house in Coquitlam’s Ranch Park neighbourhood. Coq Centre Mall, West Coast Express Train and Skytrain all within a 15 minute drive! You can walk to all these but as I am on a hill, you may wish to take transit or a cab back (5 mins). The comfy king bed can be split into two twin XL beds upon request. Shared backyard and heated pool (POOL OPEN JUN THRU SEPT).

Our location is not recommended for guests who want to be close to downtown Vancouver, or are looking for proximity to Vancouver proper. We are 30 min via car from downtown Vancouver, 45 min drive from YVR Vancouver International Airport. We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. If you are not staying here, you cannot book for someone else.
