Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Port Elgin

We have really good time at Amanda cottage. The cottage so beautiful & super clean. We enjoyed peaceful moments there and the neighbors were very friendly and cheerful. Amanda resolved all my questions quickly when I needed help. And finally i want to thank you so much for letting me visit your cottage we had a wonderful Father’s Day there.

We had a wonderful stay! Denise is a great host—very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was super flexible, which made things so much easier for us. The place had all the amenities we needed, and the peaceful atmosphere made it perfect for relaxing. The backyard was a big hit with the kids—plenty of space to play and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

This cottage is soo close to everything. I had a schedule to enjoy wing nite at Locals, watch line dancing at Bar down, see vball at Davidson Centre and even a sneak peak at a dance for Dancing with stars!! That fundraiser will rock! I was busy! Celebrated a family members bday and found a warm spot on the beautiful beach(every day). Fully equipped kitchen to put out many meals. I’d do it again!

We really enjoyed our girls weekend at this listing. It was a great location—we were able to walk to the beach after dinner and enjoy the sunset. The house was very clean and well equipped with thoughtful details considered. I would definitely stay here again!

Rachel's place is exactly as described with full amenties, I personally love the full kitchen provided and the outdoor fireplace. Very convenient walking distance to the sauble beach. Would recommend this to folks

We enjoyed our stay—the listing was as described: clean, comfortable, and with a nice backyard. We stayed for two nights and kept things quiet, yet received a notification from Airbnb about a noise complaint, which seemed tied to past neighbor concerns. The first night, we arrived late and went straight to bed, and the second night, we spent some time by the firepit and were inside by about 11 p.m. The host was responsive leading up to checkout, though I haven’t heard back post-stay to settle a small outstanding payment. Overall, a pleasant experience!

The house was as it was described. Clean and in a quiet area. We enjoyed the walk ability of the area close to the center of town and coffee shops. We all enjoyed our time there and would recommend the charm of this century home.

It was a perfeclt getaway for us, the trails were easy to find and the hosts left a binder of activities. The cottage was as described and very clean. There wasn't anything that we needed that they hadn't supplied. We would highy recommend staying and plan to return in the future.

It was great experience at this place. It was clean, peaceful place to stay, exactly like shown in the pictures. It’s 9/10 place to stay at blue mountains.

The gardens and creek were just lovely…the apartment was clean & pretty much had all I needed. In particular the bed was excellent- had a great sleep. Would stay here again, if needed. Wendy was easy to communicate with & prompt with her replies & very accommodating to my schedule. Thank you, Wendy!

Dom and Christine's place is wonderful. Very clean and well kept. Decorated well and though only a studio, it still felt quit large. Big comfy king size bed that was great to sleep in. The patio with a creek running beside it added to the peace and tranquility I was searching for in this little vacay. Dom and Christine were very friendly and helpful and prompt when I needed to message how to get the shuttle to the village. Having a shuttle available to book throughout the day was super handy and it made getting over to the village seemless. Used the hot tub the last evening there and it was quite enjoyable. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 visit for me and I would love to come back another time to any of Dom& Christine's properties!

We had a fantastic stay at Sarah's place. The surroundings were very peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to all amenities. We were in the area for a fastball tournament, and this accommodation was a much nicer option than a hotel or motel. We utilized the kitchen to prepare our breakfasts and dinners instead of eating out, and the living room was a comfortable space for us to relax in during the evenings. The bedroom was spacious, and the bed and linens were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

Shauna and Matt’s place is absolutely beautiful! It’s right across from the lake with captivating views. All meaford locals are friendly and there is great food! The home was squeaky clean, had all fresh linen, and decorated beautifully! Definitely will be coming back!

Carina’s place is a small gem - cozy, neat and beautiful with a wonderful backyard. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

This is an exceptional Airbnb. Exceptionally clean. Nice decor. Well equipped kitchen. Appreciated the coffee. We slept in one of the 2 bedrooms and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Natalie’s place is excellent! The studio was super clean and very nice. We felt right at home!! It had everything we needed and was close to all the local attractions. Natalie provided a guide ahead of our trip with information about the AirBnb, as well as local recommendations for food and things to do. She was extremely kind and responsive. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our family. The property features a huge backyard, unlike anything we've seen before, with stunning natural surroundings and a swimming pool that goes up to 8 feet deep—perfect for both kids and adults. The house itself had everything we needed, with spacious bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. One thing to note: they don’t provide towels, so be sure to bring enough bath towels for your stay. Other than that, it was an excellent experience, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!"

We loved our stay with Katherine and her husband. They are very warm, welcoming and interesting people. The B&B was of exemplary cleanliness. I want to point out that they paid particular attention to the bedding in the room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets super soft. The place is private and tranquil. It is also very pleasant to chat with them during breakfast, which was delicious! Katherine also makes homemade muffins that taste like heaven! Thanks again for your hospitality! The house was the perfect location for visiting Blue Mountain, and the house was beautiful.

We brought a few friends from overseas for a visit. We were delighted with our stay. The house met all our needs. It was a quiet and peaceful place for us to sit around and catch up with our friends whom we haven’t seen for many years. We were delighted with the generous supply of shampoo and conditioner even though we were not expecting them. We would go back if we ever need to in the future.
